Selena has a mix of blue and purple coloured hair, down to her knees, which tend to get annoying. Rather than just putting it up in a comfortable ponytail, Selena just deals with it, but it's grown to her a lot. It is layered, up to her waist, and the rest meets her knees. Rather than having it dyed that colour, Selena was born with her natural hair, and has never thought of it as a bad thing. Some say her moods affect the styling of her hair nowadays. She has a pair of deep crimson eyes, showing a single navy blue dot near the side. Those tend to get mistaken for bright red near the sunlight but as the night comes, Selena's eyes shine brighter than ever. You could say that Selena has a larger blink rate than others, but it's known to be passed down from her mother, who oddly had inhumanly thick eyelashes. Selena also has a pretty face, and unusually rosy lips, which she was born with.

Her choice of clothing is not normal; not normal for someone her age. Rather than the infamous ninja gear and the old green vest, Selena wears what she wants, but as comfortable as they may be, a ninja vest would suit her well. On a normal day, Selena could be seen just wearing sweatpants of any odd colour, such as grey, or neon green, and a simple tanktop to go with her bottom attire. The reason isn't more or less of the comfortableness, but it's a lazy thing, she says. While out on a mission, Selena's clothing rarely changes. Though she wears appropriate and comfortable pants for running and whatnot, her choice of a top could be classified as "too revealing for someone her age." Selena could honestly say that her choice of clothing is very comfortable, but looks do matter to her, hence, she refused to wear that ninja vest. She is able to keep all of her weapons in her pouch, all strapped to her waist, and any other materials, Selena manages to carry along.

Selena is just over 5"8, and is compared as a short one to her other fellow jounins. But her family, generations before her, weren't that tall, and if anything, they would be under average height. She doesn't weigh as much as a 15 year old should, but still, she meets average. Her odd obsession with shoes do give her a boost -- literally speaking -- a boost to her height as heels are applied. Overall, Selena isn't your average 19 year old girl, but she definately has some uniqueness to her.

Personality:
Selena is considered to have the same type of personality as her appearance; wild. She prefers high heels over fruits, absolutely will not taste cinammon even if her life depended on it, and still, cannot bear to see people suffer. To the people she knows, Selena is calm, and quite happy with. She has been the one to make conversation around familiar people, and they've known to grow on her. When meeting people, Selena is very down to earth, and easy to talk to. She doesn't have a fair amount of enemies, or rivals for that matter, and it's most likely because of the fact that Selena is very easy to befriend.

During her pasttime, you could probably find Selena sleeping, or rarely roaming around Konoha. Regardless of her high respect in the village, Selena is very lazy. Though her laziness does not affect her abilities as a kunoichi, it is very visible during other times. Her friends are used to this bad aspect in her, but still, it's what makes Selena somewhat different from everyone else. She is known to doze off during lectures, or speeches made, but Selena is also mature, and has matured, and has known not to show her laziness when speaking to higher members of the village.

In battle, you would never guess that 75% of Selena is lazy. Her crimson eyes lure in attention of her opponent, and they do tend to underestimate her, for her small size and the small age. Her emotions fade as she battles someone, and rarely, she feels sorrow for her opponent. The way of the ninja is implanted in her mind, and she will do anything to protect the ones she love. Selena isn't known to keep it simple, but to take the hard road, regardless of the consequences. She also is cautious during missions and/or battles, which is never a bad thing. Only the ones she love can make her change her point of view on things, but in battle, Selena means business.

Overall, Selena will be, and will always be the different one.

Description: The kekkei genkai, Ice Release (氷遁) allows the user to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice, which the user could manipulate through willpower alone. The ice users were largely immune to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with flames.
Special Effect: -strictly made up, not taken from any sources- This kekki genkai, resulting in control of 3 elements do take away chakra quicker than usual. Resulting in that sudden loss of chakra, the jutsus performed are pretty strong to deal with.

Special Characteristics: Selena has a single cresent moon on the back of her left hand. It is a feint colour of lemony yellow, and it's not really visible, even from a near distance. It lights up to a bright beige when Selena is performing medical jutsus, and no one really knows what this is for. Selena was said to be born with this unusual marking, and it hasn't glowed until she first tried her first medical jutsu back in the genin days. She doesn't feel anything but a slight tickle on the back of this hand.
Special Effects: None, this cresent moon does not boost or lower her chakra levels when she is performing medical jutsus. Could be classified as useless in battle.

Description: After the user wipes their own blood on the area in front of them or on the offensive weapon they intend to use for the attack, Daikamaitachi No Jutsu is prepared as normal. This is a much more intensified gust of wind that is able to chop down trees with ease.

Description: When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a daikamaitachi, swings their fan and the wind is shot forth. The tornado hits the required elements and takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity.

Flood: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or victim a large flood is sent forward that could crush or drown the victim(s)

Fire: If the tornado hits a fire it would pick up the flames and still be shot forward towards the victim. The tornado would take flame qualities and a “flaming spin-cycle” would ensue. If it hit the ground or victim an explosion would occur and a large fire would be started.

Storm: If the tornado absorbs electricity or a cloud the tornado would turn gray with lightning flashes being seen in the tornado. It would be a thunder storm crossed with a tornado shot towards a victim.

By focussing healing chakra into her fingertips, Hana is able to create a cauterizing burn. When applied to small cuts or broken veins, the burn can seal blood leakage, possibly preventing death from bleed out. This jutsu is able to cauterize small wounds and cannot seal off the blood flow from anything larger than a severed finger. This has possible combative applications: taijutsu blows using the fingertips can burn, but it is not a very effective method of harming an opponent.

Chikatsu Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique. The technique allows the medical ninja to use the hair of the one injured as a medium to reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure. One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja will sit at the lead to guide the process.

History and RP Sample

History:

Rogue Arc
A near hospital in Kirigakure, just a small one located on the outskirts delivered Selena, and a miscarriage, Natalia, female twins. Having known the fact that she was pregnant with twins, Naomi Mizuki was looking forward to it, but only seeing one make it through the process, they weren't wholeheartedly happy. At the time, she didn't know how she felt about this, and it was rather unusual for Naomi. Though she wasn't a twin herself, and hasn't been around a handful of them, the death of Natalia was heartbreaking to her. Selena wasn't anywhere near the ballpark of her mother's mind as Naomi wept for her unborn child. During the first hour, Selena was forgotton about, and put into the maternity room, as Naomi wasn't as happy as she should've been on this lifechanging day. For days, Naomi was depressed, and for weeks, she acted as if Natalia was her only child who was born and died on the way.

Unlike most mothers, Naomi stayed in the hospital for weeks. Selena, was isolated from her mind, and the 2 mother and daughter, had no relationship between them. Naomi just looked out the window everyday, glaring at the scenery before her. She hasn't even made one step towards her child, nor even thought about her in the slightest ways a mom should. Others, nurses and doctors, were worried for Selena, and wondered if Naomi wanted her. Why was it that she was so fixed on Natalia? They didn't know, and Naomi didn't make a sound or moved in her position for days. Psychologists say that it was natural for moms to be like this, but in Naomi's state, it was pushing it. Regardless of a child's death, the mother should at least look at her other baby. It was like Selena never existed. Would Naomi feel the same way, and act the same way if it was Selena who died? No one knew the answer to this, and no one knew Naomi's true problem.

This "depression" went on for a good month until they had no choice but to let Naomi and Selena go. In that month time, Selena hasn't even seen the face of her mother, and Naomi had no intentions of seeing her child either. The doctors were quite agravated with Naomi's actions towards her own baby girl, but knew it wasn't their business to deal with. Reluctantly, Naomi went home with her child, who she merely glared at, while Selena slept like a rock. The familiar apartment which she lived in for all her years in Kirigakure, she was finally home. Setting the baby down on the single bed, Naomi continued to stare at the sleeping child. This position was continued on for another 30 minutes, but not nearly as long as the depression whilst the loss of Natalia. Though Naomi didn't have the slighest open mind towards Selena, their feint relationship continued, and her feelings towards her child did.

Naomi, working as a part time medical nin at the Konoha hospital, usually left Selena under the care of her close friends, Micah and Jasmine. It was safe to say that Selena got her average dose of entertainment and learning from the young adults, even though they weren't really her parents, let alone guardians. Selena did grow on her mother's friends more than her mother herself. And by the time she was 1, having developed some common sense than before, she had grown so attached on the 2 women rather than her mother, she was convinced that Micah and Jasmine were her true moms. This didn't aggravate or frustrate Naomi one bit, because in her heart, she really didn't want Selena. Micah was disappointed in Naomi; not wanting a child, because she failed to have the other. Though they both understood Naomi's pain, wasn't she taking this too far?

Selena was already experimenting with her surroundings, grabbing every single thing she could see, and experimenting with it with her tiny fingers. She had started to mumble some words, and simple first words did escape her lips once in a while. Jasmine, especially Jasmine, has grown a fond relationship with Selena, as part-mother, part-guardian. Though she knew that Selena was Naomi's daughter, she couldn't help but to feel a little jealous. But it convinced her more to look down upon Naomi; having turned down such a great child. Selena rarely saw Naomi, and Naomi rarely tried to even get to see her daughter, as she stayed away from the 3 most days. But it was as if they weren't related to each other; Naomi in her little world, and Selena, apparently the child of Jasmine's. The 3 adults, having met up for a talk, agreed on putting Selena under the care of Jasmine and Micah, as Naomi.. well, Naomi was just a mystery to them, as she was out of sight after that talk.

It wasn't a legal adoption, but they had convinced that Jasmine was only taking care of Selena for a short period of time, until Naomi came back for her. Lies and fibs worked for years, and they didn't plan on telling Selena in the near future about the true story. Until she was older, much older, will they reveal to her, but for now, Selena just needed parents. Selena was about 4, and ready to speak. Naomi was completely erased from her memory, and a new mommy, Jasmine, was all that she cared about. Micah came day to day, to check on Selena and to help Jasmine when needed. Selena was happy, and content. One day, she managed to cut herself from a nail hammered in the wall. Her left palm was bleeding fairly slow, but still enough to make the child cry. As Jasmine put disinfectent and a bandage overtop, the back of Selena's hand began to glow in a cresent-moon figure in a feint neon colour. Both were quite amused as to this happening, but when it disappeared, it was just a memory. This is how Selena's cresent moon "tattoo" began, and it was believed she had it from birth, but it wasn't visible enough to the human eye, to see it without it glowing. -read special characteristics for more info-

Jasmine was pretty fussy as to Selena's future, more or less because she hadn't heard from Naomi at all. She didn't know whether to enroll Selena in the Academy, or not, and wondered if Naomi would care. Then the memory of her sudden leave reminded her that the care Naomi had for Selena was never there.. With the help of Micah, Jasmine came to a decision where they would enroll Selena in the Academy soon. She was only 6 when this was decided, so they thought they'd wait another year, or a couple. When first mentioned to Selena, she was quite confused as to what this "School" was, and didn't care at first, but meeting various shinobis in the Leaf Village did excite her, and quite possibly, frighten.

The winter before Selena was able to attend the Academy, she experienced a harsh moment in her life. It was a rather cool day, and Selena, 9, was taking a walk with Micah on the slippery and icy streets of Konoha. They were both careful of not to trip, but the snow was coming down upon them quickly, and with every step, it seemed to be speeding up. Selena absolutely loathed the cool weather, and much prefered to be indoors rather than have to walk in this ridiculous snowstorm. Getting frustrated, Selena tripped on a piece of ice, and fell flat on her stomach on the ice. The "bang" was rather loud, and bits of ice cracks in the sidewalks could be seen underneath where Selena had landed. Some even dangerously piercing. Micah frantically rushed over to where she was, and checked for any injuries.

Selena's forehead was bleeding due to the ice, slitting across the skin. Though it wasn't deep, the blood was still noticible. The rest of her pale face was still in tact, but the blood seemed to travel down her face with her tears. Her elbows, regardless of the thick coat she had on, seemed bruised a little, since even the slightest touch made her wince. It was just a matter of minutes until she'd get the magnificent blue and purple marks. Some of her fingers were slit from the sharp ice and beads of blood were flowing out. The thin pair of pants she had to have on that night did not help the situation, for some of her pants were damaged, and her legs were pretty sensitive to Micah's touch, as well as her elbows. Thankfully, none of the ice bits have gone into her pants, cutting her legs. But it didn't seem the same with her bones.

Landing the fall in such a position, Selena was able to twist her ankle in a direction in which she would have done some damage with. Luckily, it wasn't too bad of a sprain, and only on the left foot. Micah, on the other hand, had a cow on the street, quickly taking Selena home, in time to see Jasmine, having the whole barn. But in the end, Selena ended up being alright, but she did have a pretty "indoor-winter." Which, she didn't have any problems with.

It was that day when Selena truly came to fear ice. Though the only damages were to her forehead and fingers, it still scared how much damage it could cost. She wondered and stared out her window for days during the winter, sometimes gazing over to the icy paths, or just the odd icicles hanging from roofs. Ice, created by water, something so dangerous created by something so soothing. They really meant when they said "opposites attract."

Academy Student Arc
One look at the Academy, Selena knew she hated it. Flying papers, flinging random pencils and school utensils and the look of people in there. They wore bandages in the most unsuspected of places and she thought she was the only sane on here. On the first day, she took a seat at the back corner of the room, wondering if her "classmates" will settle down. The day went by pretty slow; it was unbelieveable how immature these kids acted. Selena couldn't wait until she got out of that room.

That same night, she talked Jasmine about the Academy, and how it didn't benefit her at all. She told him about all the kids in there, how different they were from her, how they dressed, and how they acted. She told him about the teachers, though she knew that it wasn't their fault that their patiences got tested. But, like she thought, Jasmine made her go back to the Academy tomorrow. Selena thought that they would actually battle each other in the Academy, instead of putting up with those dorks she called her "classmates." The very thought of them becoming fellow shinobis with her made her groan and all sick inside. She would never befriend them; they'll all be in her way to success anyways.

Exactly a year, it was, and the exact same amount of snowfall seemed to appear, just like that icy night. Selena sat on her bed, looking out the window in boredom. She would have to perform the clones tomorrow for her final exam, and she knew she could do it. Though she wasn't the smart-brained kid in her class, the chances of her passing were sky high. She wasn't so worked up about producing the most clones; she knew quality mattered more than quantity. Then a smirk came across her face, wondering if others will try to be the star-pupil and try to produce over 10 of themselves.. just to have them poof in a matter of minutes. She almost laughed at that image and it seemed to have cheered her up from this gloomy weather.

The details weren't clear to her, but she knew what happened to her, exactly a year before. Even though Selena made a full recovery from those ugly scars, the real scars still were hiding deep inside herself. She sighed, wondering how long it'll be for her to conquer the fear of ice. Frowning at herself, Selena started to doubt if she was ever going to be a successful kunoichi in life, if she couldn't even handle a measly icicle. If it's produced by water, and the cool weather, shouldn't it be more peaceful? Like a bird and a bird, they produce a cute baby chick. But wind and water.. Selena didn't understand the process of how ice turned out to be the "child" of two beautiful things, but did understand it; in theory.

Fighting her fear of last year's incident, Selena quickly bundled up, and headed outside in the cold weather. It was a mixture of snow and rainfall, and in a matter of moments, hail could possibly form. She carefully walked to the windowledge, climbed atop a ladder slowly and took a thick and heavy piece of icicle and jumped down swiftly, landing safely. She took it in her bare hands, and felt the cold water, melting onto her hands, down to the snow. It was melting pretty slowly now, possibly due to the cold weather, and Selena's hands were getting wetter. She dropped the icicle on the ground and dried her hands off of her pants. It was a very different experience; having to have touched something so delicate, yet so dangerous. Something so fascinating to look at, but could pierce like a knife. Something so deadly; but beautiful.

Ice was a different thing, alright.

Graduation day neared by the minute. Selena, having slept in, hurried to get her clothes on, getting all her gear and looking somewhat decent for this day. She knew how much it meant to Jasmine, and Micah. Sucking her nervousness in, she quickly dashed off to the Academy Building. Random thoughts played in her head; what if I don't make it? What if I fail? What if I have to go to this school AGAIN? Usually, Selena was cool about all of this, but having put so much pressure on, it did take away her usual calm attitude. They all listened to their sensei talk about this graduation day, and how their training and all they did would pay off. But alas, the speech would not take forever, and he would have to stop sometime to call in students, one by one, to have them tested. Selena wasn't in the first part of the group, nor the last, so it would be some time until it was her turn. But all she wanted to do, was to get this junk over with.

Making clones in front of the class was as easy as throwing snow in front of the class, but why did it seem so nerve-racking when it came to the final examinations? You were going to do the same things you've been doing over and over again for nearly months, and how is this measly little exam any different? Regardless, she gritted her teeth, and charged her way into the examination room calmly as possible as her name was called.

Selena didn't talk to Jasmine that night, or even to Micah. She just layd across the bed for most of the time, sometimes turning over and facing the window. Not making a sound, or even a little peep. Yawns once in a while, but never her whole voice. She just layd there for the night, falling asleep in her ninja gear.

Instead of calling their names one by one, the Academy teachers decided to post the names of the Academy Students who passed on a bulletin board, on the front door of the Academy entrance. Of course, Selena was informed on this as well as the other examinees, and she was one of the first few to arrive there before the sun was even up. All Jasmine got was a nervous headache, wondering where Selena disappeared off to, and an, "I CAN EXPLAIN" note from Selena herself. Arriving there with no sun to guide her way, she met up with some of her "friends" from class. Some cried, and some cheered. Although.. why were there so many people there, and yet so many tears? She raised an eyebrow, wondering if there was a glitch in the printing process, and nearly ran and trampled everyone in front of the list.

On it, were only 3 names; 3 so very familiar names. But you'd never guess for them to have passed the exam. Goofing off, lazy-minded and just downright failurs.. the ideal graduates? Selena breathed heavily, wondering why her name wasn't on the list, but then realized something. Every ninja should be up on their guard, for anything suspicious.. like this list. Something definately was wrong with this, and.. it did show. Clearly. But we were all blinded to see. At the bottom, in fairly small letters, it read that these 3 names, were the names of the people who DID NOT pass the exam. Selena quietly smirked to herself, in relief and at how oblivious she was. She nearly screamed her lungs out, telling everyone the fineprint, and just in happiness, and was happily joined by other classmates. The weight of the world was now off her shoulders.

Genin Arc
Selena vaguely remembered her Genin team. But she knew she was put in a team with 2 boys, and a man as a sensei. Like her Academy Student days, the first day was horrible. The 4 met up at the training grounds, and how they trained.. it sickened Selena. Her teammates were obnoxious, saying that they could be able to learn every single jutsu if they tried, and her sensei wasn't too good of a sensei either. Again, she gritted her teeth and got on with her training like the Academy..

Everyday, she would get a call, or some type of message, saying to meet at the training grounds, but Selena would rarely come. She thought all the patheticness and the impartialness was over when she graduated, but it seemed to have tagged along for the Genin-ride. Sometimes, she was able to stay in the house when her team trained without Jasmine knowing that she was skipping out, but other times, Selena was again, forced to go meet up with her team. If she was forced to go train, Selena could be found behind the bushes, or up in a tree, silently practising by herself. Some of the jutsus her sensei introduced, Selena tried to do up in a tree, but the first few weeks, she wasn't getting anywhere. The tree climbing jutsu was also a hard one, and so was the waterwalking. But even if it got hard, Selena didn't dare show her face to her sensei or her team. She could honestly say that she didn't get as much training as them, but she was definately making noticible process. With or without a sensei, she tried hard.

The winter of the year when she turned a Genin was just like last years. She went outside, mostly for the ice that gathered around her windowledge. Some were solid ice, others were mostly weak, and covered by dirt and debris. Regardless however, she did develop a liking to these beautiful living things, and wondered if man-made ice was produceable. Not like the ones in your fridge, but however, with jutsus. If Ice was made with the combination of Water and Wind, hypothetically saying, wouldn't a ninja, with those two elements be able to perform.. Ice-related jutsus? Selena thought hard on this, and her usual visits to the icicles did result in some accidents, but nothing major.

She was also learning the medical ways, and went to those training sessions, unlike her 3-man team ones. The senseis there, and the vast arrange of nurses were a big help to her medical education, and wondered if this way would be her life choice. Selena wasn't able to make a choice yet; the sound of becoming a kunoichi was wonderful; but the sound of being able to save so many lives sounded as good as that. Even though she didn't have a solid choice, unlike her other classmates, and group members, she still was excelling in her medical studies, but she did fall a tad behind her group, when it came to jutsus.

Selena first discovered the wind-related jutsus from Jasmine. Micah, being a chuunin now, has been helping Selena grasp the ways of the fuuton. Micah was a successful Wind jutsu user, and obviously, was a big help to Selena. She was able to use some of the jutsus, and sometimes requiring senbons. Though she was careful, it didn't prevent all the accidents. A little amount of needles in cureable places was okay, but any more of that in anywhere else, piercing harder, could do a lot of damage. It was a lot to control, and so deadly if it was mastered. Her training session with Micah continued until Selena was caught up with her group's levels, and it was nice to see the other elements in action, other than your usual wind.

Selena was able to sign up for the Chuunin exams, partially because she didn't want to let her team down, and partially because she wanted to prove herself worthy to belong in this ninja world. She knew that the medical training was a boost to her, and she know that she could take advantage of that in future battles. So not having decided one solid path, but two, Selena focused on balancing the two powers for her benefit. Her first match for the Chuunin Exams was an opponent whom she has never met before, or any of her teammates. Though she was anxious as to be facing him, she was indeed scared and wondered if she'll be thrown aback by his skills.

Nevertheless, he put up a fair fight, and so did Selena. He was an earth-based opponent, and it was fair against a wind-user like herself. Selena was definately surprised to see another element in action and did get trapped in some advantages of his, but remained calm about the situation and made her way out through the tough squeezes. The match was done, and neither of them were on the ground. Like all the other rounds that day, the Proctor was to have a list of whom passed the exam on the bulletin board, near the Academy Building.

Takuya was a fair and powerful opponent, and Selena was happy she was able to fight him. Neither of them backed down when things got harsh, and neither gave in. Though, she knew the wait was killing Takuya as well. Sighing heavily, she headed home and couldn't wait to tell Jasmine about the news.

Like Selena thought, Jasmine was pleased of Selena, but he was also confused as to the sudden stop of the fight. She did feel sorrowful that she couldn't be there to watch her, as she was busy with her own job. Selena didn't mind; Jasmine's thoughts were with her as she battled, and the same to Micah. Selena acted happy, and excited about the results, but inside, she was actually feeling a bit nervous. Why did they call off the match so suddenly?

The next day, Selena carelessly got ready, and quickly rushed over to Konoha's bulletin board. She wasn't alone though; regardless of the early timing, other eager Chuunin-to-be were with her. And alas, the list was the same as the list she has seen before. On it, were only 3 names, which.. could've been normal, but Selena's wasn't on there. And this time, more people were happy compared to the teary ones. They posted the ones who didn't pass the exams, and if your name wasn't on that list, it meant that.. well, you are a Chuunin. Again, the weight of the world had been lifted off of Selena.

Chuunin Arc:
Selena was a Chuunin by the time she was the age of 13. She was a year or two younger than an average Chuunin who has passed the exam that day, and it was a good sign, but it did put her back a few steps. Regardless, Selena was treated as the same as any other Chuunin would be treated, and was definately up to their level of ninja arts. During her Chuunin years, Selena mainly focused on finding her 2nd element, and her everyday medical trainings. She was interested in learning the Water element, due to the production of Ice, like she learned from her sensei, but was let down as she found out that Micah wasn't a water user. But there had to be over a million people in Konoha, and at least one, specializes in the water element. It was yet, another winter in Konoha, and during that cold time, Selena was introduced to Sia.

Like she did everyday, Selena was outside, collecting various types of icicles, and sometimes she went all the way on her roof, collecting the layers of ice on the shingles. Winter snowstorms were like a gift to her; more ice to analyze. Sia's presence was not clear to Selena, as she was on the roof one Sunday evening, and almost had fell, due to the slipperyness of the ice. Sia, having noticed that, quickly cast a platform, made out of water, which perfectly caught Selena, saving her from a near-death experience. Both were a bit surprised, especially Selena, as she was sitting atop a glob of water which magically was supporting her. Sia blinked twice at Selena, quite amused of the girl who was brave enough to go atop her own slippery rooftop for ice. She almost laughed as she took her control away from the platform and saw Selena fall on her back into the snow. Their first meeting wouldn't be called so ordinary, but one thing led to another.

Sia was a mastered water user in Konoha, and also, a respected jounin in the village. Though she wasn't so sure about the combination element of Ice, she has decided to take Selena under her wing as her pupil. At first, Sia didn't really think of Selena to be a water-user; but a fire-user. However, Sia could see that Selena was intent on learning this element, a preqosite to her Ice element she hoped to learn one day. And she was able to persuade Sia, and so the training began. Everyday, early in the morning, the 2 would meet at the nearby lake in Konoha for several hours, then Selena would go to the hospital for her med training. It was a new change to Selena, but it was all going to pay off.

Bright and early in the morning was not a pleasing start to a Monday, but like always, gritting her teeth Selena did, and got to the Lake, only to see Sia in her bathing suit, swimming around. Sia started to tell her a speech about learning the water element; you had to be familiar with the element itself. They spent their first day of training in the water, sometimes goofing off, but mainly they focused on its density, and knowing when the water is at it's best when it is a necessity for specific jutsus. Other days, Sia was very focused on Selena and worked her to the best of her potential. Sometimes, the training got harsh and Selena did fall and break down to pieces at times, but they both knew it was for the good of Selena.

It had been almost 3 years Sia had spent with Selena, training her, and teaching her everything she knew. It was quite an exciting journey she had with Selena, and definately a moment to remember. They also took part in various missions, showing Selena the "real-world," not just Konoha. It did give her a good head start to when she would become a successful kunoichi and Sia was definately a gift. Their parting way was coming closer as Sia was transferred to Sunagakure, as a temporary jounin serving there, but no one knew how long she would be gone. It was a tearful goodbye; they had shared so much with each other. Helped each other out when needed, and always lent a helping hand. But part of loving someone meant to let them go, even though it would hurt. Selena never regrets letting Sia go; it was what Sia needed to do, and Selena would always be grateful.

Selena and Sia were now both equal in the water-element skills and jutsus, but Sia definately knew much more, and there will always be much more to tell her. Though Selena didn't inherit the water control from Sia, the skills she learned from her were as good as any. The training did tie in with her first element, and Selena did try to manipulate ice with her 2 elements. She knew that using water, then freezing it with cold wind would produce the ice, but didn't exactly know why there wasn't a lot of people with that manipulating powers.

She arrived home one day, to find Jasmine with a woman she has never seen before. Jasmine flushed a pink colour, motioning Selena inside. She introduced herself to this woman, and was quite surprised after hearing the gasp. That was definately quite a day, alright. Selena was informed, how this woman, Naomi, was her real mother, and how Jasmine was just a close friend of Naomi's. It took her quite a while to realize the truth, and after Jasmine told her everything after Naomi left, it was like she never met her mom. Throwing her away to someone else, because her other twin daughter wasn't born sounded ridiculous to Selena's ears as well. Even the very thought of that made her tick, but who was this woman, Naomi; she didn't know anything about her. Someone so useless like that would mean nothing to her as well; and her words won't mean much more than garbage.

The moment was already forgotton overnight, and not long after, Selena was approached by respected members in the village council, asking her some odd questions. It did come to their attention that she was a daughter of Naomi Mizuki, whom she held a kekki genkai was. Selena knew what a kekki genkai was, but she never would've guessed that she posessed one as well. They got in detail about her mother, and as frustrating as it was, listening about a piece of garbage, useful information was passed down onto her. It was because of Naomi that Selena inherited her unique kekki genkai of ice manipulation, and it was because of Naomi that the 2 elements she learned became so easy to her. Around the age of 16-17, an average Mizuki would start to experiment with Ice-related jutsus. Everything happened for a reason, and quite possibly, this may lead to something big.

Knowing this, Selena was quite surprised they kept her in the dark, and not approached her before. But it was soon after they approached her again, along with various other chuunins her age, and older, for the jounin promotions, and upgrades. In a heartbeat, Selena accepted the opportunity and thanked them gratefully. It was because of her unique and powerful kekki genkai that the village council accepted such a young girl to be a jounin.

Jounin Arc:
Selena was appointed to a jounin by the time she was 17. For about a year and a half, she mainly focused on medical trainings, and teaching other young genin and Academy Students who had an interest in the medical lessons. She has not yet received her 3-man team, but Selena was eager to be a better sensei than her old one. Seeing little ones roaming around Konoha and hanging out by the Training Ground reminded her of herself, and what she has gone through to make it this far. Looking back at some of the memories, Selena laughed about what she did, who she met, and how she ended up here. She was also able to see Sia again as she was gone to Sunagakure for a week's worth of missions. Both ladies were pleased to see how far they progressed up to, and proud.

Like every Mizuki, Selena's first experimentation with the Ice-related jutsu was successful. She trained by herself, several times going to Sia for any advice, and was able to follow some jutsus she could find in old record books or from Jasmine's knowledge from Naomi. Though she didn't reveal her powers to anyone if possible, quite a few people found about about Selena's kekki genkai, and they were surprised as how she managed to pull that off. It was surprising; a girl who loathed and detested ice in her childhood years, has grown to depending on it with her life.

The rest of her jounin years, were spent with other jounin teammates, going on missions, or taking care of the Academy if needed. Not much is known about Naomi, or if she is living right now, but Selena has forgotton about her, and Jasmine is, and will only be, her mother. Selena is now 19 years old, a fellow Konoha jounin, as well as a successful medical ninja.

RP Sample:

Standing on the road, about 10 feet away from the mysterios building that called itself "Bar" stood Selena. She stared at it, like a child would stare at their lollipop, but her eyes showed fear. Previously, she had just finished a heated battle against some of runaway nins from Waterfall. Her clothes were stained with blood at some parts, her hands were unusually clean, her hair like the dark sky above her and her lost face, emitting a glow to the night. She stared off into the distance, as if some type of sign would show. She was ultimately tired from what had happened and more, scared of it ever happening again. Being a jounin, she had killed several shinobi and criminals, but this was the first time she's been afraid to have slayed so many. Her body movements were sharp and precise, not missing any targets. They all died a.. beautiful death.

Moving helplessly into the bar, she raised a hand, turning the knob and pushing the dark door open. The smell of strong beer filled her head, getting her back into reality. A couple of drinks would satisfy her weak body, making her survive a night. It wasn't crowded today; the TV was on a sportschannel that she vaguely knew about, the booths were far away from being filled and not many bar-hangers were about in this dangerous place. Selena walked slowly to a chair near the bartender, sitting down and sighed, wanting the memory of what happened out of her head.

"So, what can I do for ya?" the man asked behind the ledge, leaning into Selena. She quickly thought about the endless possible drinks she could get here, and decided on one. Not the strongest of the bunch, but it could snap her back.
"Just gimme an appleberry martini.." her voice was quiet and feint, like she just got done screaming her lungs off.
The bartender raised his eyebrows, curiously looking at her. "That's some drink there, lady. You sure you wanna go with that?"
"I could've got stronger ones." was Selena's backtalk. He shrugged and went into the back room to get out a glass and the drink.

"A-an..other.. another one..!" Selena cried, brushing her hair out of her face, completely soiled. She was definately drunk, and the man looked over at her strenly.
"I don't think so. You've had your limit, and if I give you more, you're going to do some serious damage to yourself." he replied cooly; as if that would stop her.
"I-I want it.. another, another one.." she stuttered between words, the beverage getting to her head, making her lose her senses. If she really tried, she could get herself back into reality; she didn't have that many drinks. Selena wanted to get soiled, and even she was acting half the time, she wanted to be drunk completely.
However, the bartender did not budge, making her aggravated. "Why don't you run along and get out of here.. you've had your limit!" he repeated, losing his patience with Selena, which wasn't so surprising.

Banging a fist into the table, she managed to make a mark. "A-anoth..er.." she said, in a monotone voice, sighing heavily. "ANOTHER!" What was wrong with Selena, she was never like this. All eyes were on her, some glowing with furiosity, and some just too knocked up to understand what was happening. Selena was completely wasted for the night, and it was a surprise she was able to sit properly on her chair without falling off. Drunk, Selena eyed some of the people in the room; obviously they all looked like criminals. Bushy mustaches, beards, dirty hats and torn clothing and just their overall appearance would've probably disgusted the normal Selena, but tonight she really didn't care if they had 3 heads. A wild night this was, and a wild night this will be.

"I want.. another one." Selena said, speaking slowly, careful to make out every single word. "I want.. to, uh.. drunk, get drunk.." As quiet as the room was, her voice was so low, that the man had to lean in to hear her.

"Like I said, I'm not giving you anymore; for someone your age, I doubt you'll make it out alive if you have anymore shots of anything." He was rather stubborn as to Selena leaving, but the smell of freshly brewed beer lured her in, and had no interests as to seeing that door tonight.

"I'm.. a payin' customer.." Selena spoke between hiccoups and pauses, and was intent on getting what she wanted for tonight. "Now.. you gimme a drink," she said, pointing her finger over to the gorgeous looking beer bottles behind him, "..or we learn the.. h-hard way.." With a big hiccoup, she drew quite a sharp sword from a sheath hanging on a rope, tied to her waistline. Smiling quite slyly, Selena hiccouped once again, waiting for his reaction.

The bartender raised an eyebrow, as his eyes gazed over to the sword itself. "Miss Drunk, you do know attacking without a reason, especially in a bar, comes with consequences? Or are you too drunk to understand me?" He definately has been through with these soiled drinkers, and knew how to get his way out of the situation. But Selena.. was a different story, and chances of getting out alive in his own bar was unlikely when she was like this.

Her eyes, instead of her normal colour, glowed a fiery crimson, either due to the lighting or to her excessive energy on getting another drink, and she gripped the sword tighter. Her legs, which were shaking due to the drinks abruptly stopped as well as her left arm. Then, playing a smile across her face, she chuckled.

"J-just remember.." Selena started, slowly rising from the chair. "..to keep this quiet, as.. we can," brushing a strand of hair out of her face, Selena faced him, eye to eye, not showing a hint of backing down, "and.. get it o-over with." Selena said, with a loud hiccoup and a proud smile upon her face..

I read over alot on the other one and this looks great. I will call the approved i guess
