Personality: He can be a lazy person who does little work mainly because he is unmotivated he uses this as an excuse. He is a nice person who is actually energetic who tends to doubt his skill as a ninja sometimes.
He has a temper which you don't want to see it he acts differently he might attack anything or just attack the person who made him angry.

Special Characteristics:He has a demon wolf Okami sealed in him his chakra is green/blue because of the wolf. His body changes sometimes often during a full moon his nails grow a little also his hair, his eye look more like wolfs eyes and his teeth grow sharper the appearance changes as he grows stronger he looks more like a wolf. Ookami's personality is a calm one he does get angry though when Bukis angry he is angry when this happens Buki first his hair changes colour to fully black then he changes into a more demonic looking version of himself.

Special Effects:He gains more strength, speed and endurance when he changes into his wolf form but his chakra becmoes harder to control also he has more of a weakness to wind jutsu.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

History and RP Sample
History: A week or so before he was born a wolf tried to steal a scroll from the hokages office but Bukis father stopped it, there was something strange about the wolf it wasn't a summons it could talk and reviled it was a demon. It told Buki's father he would be born weak and maybe die but if he sealed him inside Buki he would live. After hearing this Buki's father couldn't believe it how could Ookami know about his son and if he was going to die but he couldn't take a chance so after Buki was born Ookami was sealed inside him.

Academy arc: His time at the academy wasn't exactly good he was late for class, sleep in class and did less work than anyone in the class and his excuse he said he was unmotivated. There was a good reason why he fell asleep in class although he never told the teachers or his parents he had nightmares about a demon which looked like a wolf and a man this keep him up most of the time. He learned the basic jutsu easy so his father decided to teach him the water clone jutsu to see if Buki could use the jutsu it took three weeks of hard training to do the water clone jutsu.

One night he stood up late from a bad dream it was a full moon that night he went through his first demonic change his father knocked him out before he changed any further. A week later he graduated and became a genin.

Rp Sample: Buki lay on a hill he looked at the clear blue sky he watched as clouds went by one looked like a shrunken another a wolf. He slowly closed his eyes I'll just rest for a while he drifted off to sleep he started to see images of a wolf with its eyes closed as it opend its eyes a full moon appeared behind it. Buki quickly woke up a wolf cub was infront of him So did you give me the bad dream the cub just looked at him then ran away.

There is no such thing as 'Thunder Element'. I think you mean Lightning.

You're going to have to give me alot more information on your Demon cause at the moment, it seems OP. Give me a better explanation.
