Rank Rewards

This popped into my mind a few weeks ago, and I think it could work out if not abused.

I have been RPing with various members lately, and I am noticing some lack in neatness, and what not. Note: In saying this I absolutely do not intend to offend ANYONE so, dont be getting upset, loves. This is just a suggestion.

Maybe, just maybe, if members actually have something to work for, things would shape up. ^^ I am not saying that ANY of you are bad RPers by any means, this isnt English Class, but writing is obviously a big part of Role Playing.

If Moderators run acrossed a member who has approved in their RPing, they could maybe give them a rank up, depending on if the character can live up to it. ((This would fall back on missions, and things of that nature as well))

Now, that doesnt mean just because a member has begun to make their posts longer, they deserve a rank up. If a Moderator can tell you've been trying hard, and working at it, and it looks well then, Go For It chu!

A post doesnt necessarily have to be UBER long, or UBER short, just a regular post is fine. ^^

Now, some people would rather do something like this:
Well I worked hard so I deserve Jounin, Chuunin, Genin ect.

None of that.
If a Moderator/Admin feels that you've worked hard, you will recieve your rank. No begging, pouting ect.
Also, if a Moderator knows you've been working hard, and its still 50/50, Just Keep Working At It I Guarantee It'll Pay Off ^.~

Note: THIS IS A PRIVILLAGE
This is a privillage, not a Rule.
And..Just like all privillages, it CAN be taken away.

Lastly, if you know you have good RP skills, and dont exactly need A " Rank Reward "
Dont abuse this, thats all I ask.

Its only a Suggestion.

I certainly agree with this, primarily because that's what we do. Obviously it's not going to happen that often however if we feelike someone deserves a rank up we will give it to them. That aslo obviously doesn't apply to the Chuunin Rank; because Genin will have to take the exams that we will have planned for them. We will allow no exceptions.

This is a interesting topic to talk about, I in someway agree with this view, Possibly we could do something as such, but isn't it already happening on a passive level? But maybe we should make it a more active thing, and also decide to rank people up on their rping skill ranks as well. I feel some people need better rping (Me included) I see many grammar, spelling, etc. related issues in posts including mine. I also see problems in rping itself on how they give descriptions/etc. I think this would be useful for the site, but we might want to be careful, I have the biggest feeling that someone will be offended, I've seen it many times, one time I just told someone on a site that they needed to rp in third person not in first, soon enough they got angry told a mod, the mod took my side and the person left. Moral? saying little things will get people pissed 0.0...

This topic isnt meant to offend ANYONE.
If members honestly want to improve their skills, and are working hard, they deserve a reward for their efforts.

I've been watching Chizu-san, John, Jex, xoxoKitKat, and many other great RPers, trying to better myself..I remember when I first started on Ingoo, people said I sucked. o.o; I studied under Sean, Jex, Hiza-kun..and eventually got better, not great, but better.

People often get defensive over little things, which often leads to tight situations..
Loves, this suggestion isnt here to ridcule, or embaress you, its here to help!~ If you dont feel that you need to improve, thats just fine! No ones pushing you! ^.~

Frankly, Ive seen many members who have improved greatly, Im truly impressed. As time goes by, you get better, little, by little so, dont be embarressed!

I didn't say it was a bad idea or such XD, I voted Yes I'm just saying that some people might be offended, whether intended or not =P, it's a good idea, I'm just suggesting if we do it, to be careful not to offend anyone.

XD Well, I say we dont say anything to the candidates for the " Reward." That way, no one will pick a fight with a Moderator/ Admin, they just have a new shiny rank to be Proud Of!~

((They might not even notice O.O..))
