Friendly spar(Daedalus and Fijek)

Fijek was standing in the training grounds and was bored. It had been a long day and he wanted something to do. He was scedualed to go on a mission soon so he invited a jounin that was to go with him to a fight.

He stood there with his gear and weapons ready. It was sunny out and the wind had a nice breeze to it. So there stood Fijek, with a kuni at the ready, waiting for Takeshi to arrive.

The morning breeze blew gently through the trees. A few loose leaves falling from their branches. Takeshi walks between such trees as he follows the narrow path to the training area. He had been asked by a Chunnin who would be accompanying him on a mission in a few days to a spar. He knew the guy was attempting to size him up, but he never backed down to a challenge of any level. A grin on his face growing larger as he drew ever closer to the open training field less than one hundred meters from him.

As he neared the entrance, he lowered his head, allowing the tip of his hood to be able to hide the grin plastered upon his face. He walked slowly, closer to the center of the area, directly across from his opponent. "Well then" he begins, his voice steady, but the excitement was detectable within it. "Who goes first?".

Fijek watched as the jounin slowly walked onto the field. His hand gently griped his kuni as he notiched his oppents head lower and cause his face to be un visable. "so you can wait for me or you wanna go first?" yelled fijek as he stepped closer.I cant wait Said fijek in his head." HERE I COME!" Yelled fijek as he sprinted towards his enemy.

With a crack of his wrist the kuni that was in his hand was now flying straight at Takeshis cheast. He then flipped into the air and drew his bow from his back. He was hopeing that takeshi would dodge the kuni and walk right into his trap.

Under the cover of his hood, Takeshi's grin grew only wider as the kunai speeds towards him. His right arm then began raising slightly before becoming a blur when the kunai was less than a meter from his body. Becoming visible again as he held it lazily infront of him, the kunai spinning upon his index finger. "Really, it is best to avoid being in the air" He begins as his head rises until the monstrous grin on his face shawn in the morning light. A grin that would make even a demon back off with fear.

"Since you can't dodge in the air" He finishes and in that moment, behind Fijek appeared a clone of Takeshi, its hands above the head and held together, smashing down on Fijek's head.

It will only appear for about a second and only has time for a single strike. The clones, like with the original clones, are intangible. When struck they will not disappear, however, their attack will be effective. They disappear immediately after attacking.

Fijek was ready for some kind of blow. He barly saw the ninja grab his kuni as he heard the words of the shinobi. He crouched up in a ball, with his bow sticking out on either side. He knew this would only soften a blow, plus he did not expect it to be an instant behind him. The force of the attack landed on his back as he spun in the air. The force sent him hurdiling to the ground. He streched out his feet just in time to land. When his feet hit the ground he sprang back up to hit the clone only to relize it was no longer there. Acting quick he notced two arrows and fired in mid air, one arrow aimed for him left arm the other for his right.

Spoiler:

The arrows streaked towards their target, striking both limbs directly on the joints. However, they met no resistance in this as they merely phased through the target, landing in the ground. Where their target was, now a fading image on the spot. Nothing more than a basic clone. Meanwhile, behind Fijek, Takeshi came falling with a mighty heel drop. With the suprise that Fijek should be experiencing learning his attack was for naught, combined with his two new instant clones appearing directly in front and below, preventing escape from the three pronged attack. The one in front moving in with a strike to the stomach, the one below about to hit with an upwards kick to the jaw and from behind with the heel drop to the shoulder.

"I warned you to avoid being in the air unless you know how to move" He calls out in the instant the attack was sprung.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Description: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Damn!" said fijek as the arrows went into the clone. he was starting to get mad that every move he made was countered by this guy. He did not have time to react at takeshis next attack. He had a brif glance of two more ninja comeing at him but he was out of time. with a force that felt like lighting itself he was hit at all angles. the blows sent pain through his whole body. As he fell to the earth he did some hand signs. these signs were slow but they did the job. Inches from the earth fijek closed his eyes and smiled. " see you soon." his body sank into the earth like it was mere water. under the ground a set of handsigns were preformed.

After two minutes the sharp end of fijeks bow poped out of the ground 20 feet from takeshis feet. Fijek was tired by now but knew he had some left in him. He rushed under ground, using his sense of chakra he charged at his oppenents feet with the sharp bow.



Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage

Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, he can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. By extending his bow sword above ground, he gives off the appearance of a shark travelling underground.

Takeshi landed on the ground with a small thud, dust kicked up by his landing. He immediately begins looking around his surroundings. The area was quite open so it would be difficult to mask any underground assult. He dared not to make any movements, paying extreme attention to the ground within a three meter radius of himself. If an attack were strund within this area, it would be in the best range for a counter attack, but also for an attack to be launched. Any further would give him an opportunity to come up with a counter strategy.

He stood immobile for a short time before the blades of Fijek's bow emerged from the ground and began speeding towards him. He grins as his right hand snaps open, chakra focusing through his nails as he awaited the blades to near. The moment they entered his three meter range, he leaped from his spot, flipping in the air and slashing his hand quickly. Firing his wind claws directly down where he assumed Fijek's body would be. The blades would have more than enough penetration power to cut straight to his opponent. The moment he landed on the ground, behind the blades he quickly springs himself back several meters and readies himself for another assult.

Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: This jutsu distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added.

Another blade came up from the ground right behind takeshi, and another five feet to his right. Now three bows were above ground. Below the ground were five fijrks, four were water clones(the handsigns i did in the last post) Fijek was unaware of any traps planned above ground but he heard the ground crack and assumed a attack was launched on the target, but it landed on a clone, leaving four fijeks left.

Fijek erupted from the ground and ran right at takeshi, while a blade came from behind and aimed for his ankles. With three fijeks under ground, one rushing at his ankles and one running full speed with his bow blade pointed out fijek was setting up his trap.


Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Takeshi immediately created more claws as Fijek approached him. A grin covering his face as he did so, immediately then, he leaped in a long backflip, firing the claws into the ground again at the speeding bow. Just like the time before. While this happened, a second Takeshi materialized sqiftly and silently behind the Fijeck charging towards him, a powerful flying kick aimed to strike in the center of the spine.

When Takeshi landed, he refreshed his fired claw, staying low to the ground and awaiting the next assult.

fijek lay under the solid earth and listend to the blows from above. He heard the ground erupt in a dust of dirt, which ment his other clones was gone. This left him and one last clone under the ground. He was running out of options but wasent fully out yet, maybe he could pull off a sneak attack. He did a few hand signs, punched the ground the wes below him in the tiny hole he had and began what may be his finale move.

Fijek jumped from the ground and charged at takeshi, with his bow blade in hand. just then a giant wall of earth arose right behind the ninja, putting him against a wall. on top of this earthen wall stood another fijek. The wall rose high enough to be safe from ground attacks, but fijek knew that an air attack might be on its way. The fijek on the ground notched two arrows and fired, hopeing to pin the takeshi agaisnt the wall of dirt. While the fijek on the wall of earth shot two more arrows, one stuck into the ground below, the other into a tree that was close by.


Doryuu Jouheki - Earth Style Rampart

Doton • Doryuu Jouheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals. Then a large earthen wall will erupt from the ground.

"Not bad" Takeshi admists to himself as he looks towards Fijek, who had just fired two arrows in his direction, the one above firing in two other locations. The wall was a decent maneuver, but it wouldb't be enough to stop him, immediately he charged forward, leaping with a slight spin that allowed him to squeeze between the oncoming projectiles. The arrows just missing his body as he lands and darts forward, leaping from the ground and attacking in a divebomb assult on Fijek. The attack left a huge opening in his front that could easily be capitalized by a single genin. The question was, would Fijek take the bait, this being the only real shot at hitting Takeshi he's had the entire match.

Meanwhile, still hidden in the trees as the arrow embeds itself into the trunk of a tree several meters from Takeshi, he looks to it with a grin. Not sure if it was a fluke it landed so close, or if his hiding spot had been discovered. His intuition leaned strongly to the first option though. He then returned his attention back to the battle, his clone in mid air about a meter from Fijek. It was time to put this game to an end, he prepared another handsign while silently moving closer to the arrow, but remaining back enough in the brush to be undetectable.

The fijek on the ground smiled as his arrows where dodged. He watched as takeshi spun at him and his two arrows embeded in the wall of earth behind the two shinobi. He quickly pulled his hands togther and preformed a number of handsigns. "MUD OVERTURN!" yelled fijek as he punched the ground. A wall of stone, the size of two grown men, shot up directly in front of takeshi, His head smacking into the hard dirt wall. To make sure his plan would not be countered he pulled both his thumbs, thus bringing back his two arrows. They flew at 15 mph right for the wall.

Mean while the other fijek stood atop the rampart of dirt. One arrow dug into the ground below, another embeded into the trunk of the nearby tree. It was soon time for him to end this match for his energy was quickly draining and he did not know how much he had left. He went for a defensive move, hoping that the takeshi on the ground was the real one and that he could somehow support his other half. He did a series of hand signs and began his clans tecnique. Two shadows came from his body, one went left, the other went right. The left one used the shadow from the wire on his arrow to make its way to the ground, stoping where the arrow was at in the ground. the other snaked its way to the trees shadow and latched on, catching the tree and all that it held, just in case takeshi had a back up plan.


Doro Gaeshi - Mud Overturn

Doton • Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After striking the ground with their hands, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.

Kage Mane no Jutsu - Shadow Imitation Technique

Kage Mane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. It's original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.

A grin was clearly visible for the brief moment that Fijek would have had before his second wall went up. The arrows impailing his back as he burst into a cloud of smoke, and without a single moment of hesitation, two instant clones burst from the smoke, quickly darting around the wall and striking, one with an elbow thrusting into his side while the other aimed a flying roundhouse kick towards the left side of his head.

Meanwhile, back in the trees, Takeshi sat on a branch of a tree only a few feet from the one with the arrow embedded, within arm's reach of the wire connecting the arrow to the user. His hand nearly grabbing the wire when a movement in the corner of his eye caught his attention. Watching as for a brief moment, the entire tree was temporarily encased in a dark veil before fading into the bark. "Perhaps less of a coincidence" He grins, pulling his hand away, cancelling the electricity flowing through it at the time. He then looks out back at the battlefield, the clones about to strike. The Fijek atop the tall wall was paying close attention to the battle below, thus a quick attack would probably go unnoticed by him.

In nearly an instant, chakra bursts from his fingernails and as he swiped his arm, fire in a precision five point projectile aimed at the uppermost Fijek. The attack would reveal his postion so, immediately after he fired, he darts in the opposite direction of the arrow. Heading to an optimum attack area to go headlong into combat. It was time to unleash hell.

The fijek atop the wall smiled as he watched the fight below. He was doing good and it looked like his plan was in motion. The fijek on the ground stepped back to dodge one of the clones but was hit by the other in his side. both of takeshis clones dissapred as he knelt on one knee, recovering from the side blow. he looks up only to see his clone attacked by bullets of air. As his last water clone erupted into a puddle of water he saw out of the corner of his eye, a figure sprint through the tree.' this must be takeshi." said fijek to himself. this was it, either it would work or totally back fire. Fijek did another sign and a shadow shot from his body, to the arrow on the ground, up to the wall, then to the shadow on the tree. He was hoping to hit takeshi with his shadow.

Takeshi sped through the trees with impressive speed, attempting to get to the best area to launch an attack. A tall tree less than a hundred feet from his current location. allowing himself a passing glance, he turns his head in time to see the shadow climbing over the trees heading in his direction. This only caused his grin to widen. "Well then.." He began as he landed on a large branch, pulling himself into a low, crouching postion. Holding it until the shadow was nearly upon him. "Let's see who's faster!" And with that, leaped with immense force, thooting him through the trees and towards his checkpoint. He immediately grabs and swings atop a branch and proceeds to quickly climb to the top of the tree. The shadow on his tail, he circles the branches of the tree until he reaches the top. Leaping off at the last moment before the shadow caught him.

He bolted immediately towards Fijek, his speed faster than anything he had shown thus far in the match. His hands forming a claw-like formation as chakra is expelled from them, forming into the head of a large serpent. "Now the fun really begins!" He calls out as the distance between the two is quickly shortened.

Name: Rising Dragon: Rule of Might

Description: The user places their hands in a claw-like form and charges forth, attempting to land a punch. However, at the same time, it forms a large serpent head out of chakra that fires and stays infront of the user. The head is slightly taller than the user and about a meter long. When the chakra strikes, it will either hold the enemy in place so that the user can land a strike, or blast the enemy away. Additionally, the chakra can act as a sort of shield against most attacks.

"Damn!" yelled fijek as he took a deep breath. He watched takeshi run through the trees at a quick speed. Just as he neard the top, fijek knew what was about to happen. He quickly snapped a sign in and watched as what might be his finall attack unfolded. " i was right!" yelled fijek just as takeshi jumped from the tree and flew for him. But he was hoping his last line of defense would work. His shadow, which was closely behind takeshi the whole time, sprang into the air in many swinging tndrils. they lashed out and aimed for takeshis body, hoping to at least throw him to the ground. This was maybe his last move.

Kage Nui - Shadow Sewing

Note: Secret Clan Technique
Ninpou: Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique Shikamaru will first form the needed handseal to extend his shadow. Shikamaru will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets.

"Not enough!" Takeshi yells, noticing the tendrils speeding towards him, a platform of wind materializes below him, which he uses to spin himself, launching the serpent into the tendrils. It should be enough to stop the attack, but he could not leave an opening, so while he wasstill spinning, he cancells the platform and focuses a second above his head, this being a medium for his hand to push his body towards the ground.

He began falling quickly, his body at the three quarter turn point of the spin when he formed another set of handseals in a blurred motion. And for a brief moment, electricity shocked through his body, converging in his legs. "Let's see you dodge this" He says as he lands on the ground with his right leg. The very instant his whole leg had touched the ground. He immeidately bolted with an impossible speed from the postion he was just in. This was due to the fact of his jutsu he had just unleashed. The programming had been simple and effective. The moment his right foot touched ground, it would launch with the full strength of his leg towards Fijek, placing a slight spin while it did. As he neared his opponent the second program activated, his left leg aiming towards the side of Fijek's head. The program was simply kick at the enemiy's skull.

Description: By focusing lightning chakra into a limb or body one can enter a program. The program will work by moving the muscles on its own without having to send a message to the brain then the brain sending the message back. Through this method, one can greatly surpass the limitations of the body and move with lightning fast reations. An example of this ability would be programming it so that the moment the body felt a pierce from a sharp point, the right arm would immediately swat at it. Possibly deflecting an oncoming projectile.

Fijek cursed as his attack was dodged. He barly had time to blink when takeshis foot smashed into his skull. He went out like a light, the last thing he rembered was a blue shoe hiting his face.
