Looks:
Jordan has short, black and unruly hair that come down to about his eyes in the front, and a bit longer than that in the back. He has a fair skin tone, and a well built body. His eyes are naturally onyx black, but turn a blood red when Sharingan is activated. Jordan usually wears the Neo Akatsuki outfit, but when not wearing it, he can be seen with a white hoodie, with black strips going down the sleeves and the down the torso, light chain mail under the jacket, and either black or blue jeans. This attire is usually under his Neo Akatsuki outfit if currently wearing it.

Personality: Jordan is a seemingly nice person all around, although he has a cold tone when saying many things, which usually makes people think otherwise of him being nice. In and out of battle, he will not speak much unless in a conversation that interests him otherwise he keeps to himself. He seems to be a care-free guy if you know him but don't know him. In truth, he is serious in most situations although doesn't seem as so. He is also one of the laziest among the Neo Akatsuki, but is still very powerful all the same. Jordan can seem very strange if you spend time around him, as he will usually question his own motives, often trying to find a better solution to everything. He also seems to talk to himself at times, and it is currently unknown by the other members who he is talking to, but in all truth, it's 'Death' majority of the time.

Kekkei Gekkei: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
Description: The Sharingan, literally Copy Wheel Eye, is a very special condition of the eye that occurs naturally in some members of the Uchiha Clan. While it is believed to have been derived from the Hyuuga clan Byakugan the abilities of the Sharingan differ greatly from those of the Byakugan. Most notably the Sharingan's most well known ability is to be able to memorize any technique that it has been a witness to including ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu techniques. Other abilities of this very special eye include hypnosis, allowing it's user to suggest actions and thoughts to the opponent. The Sharingan also has the very useful ability to see through any illusionary technique. The Mangekyou Sharingan, literally Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye, is a higher form of the Uchiha clan Sharingan. Until recently, it was thought that only natural Sharingan users could obtain that technique, but it seems that Kakashi proved everyone wrong by activating the Mangekyou Sharingan to rip off one of Deidara's arms.

Special Characteristics: Jordan is a very intelligent man, and what makes him differ from many people, is his great skill for coming up with strategies, and deducing other's strategies and battle tactics. Also, since the time he was born, his body temperature was always way above normal, being at 139.5 °F, although it's never been lethal or caused him any harm. Because of this, he people try not to stand next to him very often, as they will soon become extremely hot.
Special Effects: He also has had an unnatural resistance to fire, in which he cannot feel it at all, although any damage received by it will still happen. It is believed this has something to do with his extremely high body temperature

Rp Sample: Jordan stood on the side of the road, the rain poured down from the sky as if it were weaping for a lost loved one. The rain hit his face, and made his hair slope downwards. "Thats right....it was raining that day.." Jorda nsaid quietly to himself, as he remembered the day his father told him about his mothers death. He thought about it for a moment, all the trapt emotions returning to his memories. "I never did cry that day, did I?" he asked, not seeming to be talking to anyone at the moment. He sighed, as if he had gotten an answer to his question, and he looked up into the sky that continued to cry. "Pfft, and what would you know about thay?" he asked, bringing his head back down to face the road ahead of him. "Real men do not cry..." he said as bluntly as possible, shaking his head as he began to walk away. It's a good thing the man in me died all those years ago with me, since I technically not alive... he thought to himself, and was glad the rain covered the single tear that feel from his eyes with his Sharingan gleaming in them. He then outstrched his hand, opening a black portal to the Midoru Realm. "No more will I think of this.." he quietly said, before he disappeared into the blackness of the portal, which also disappeared behind him.

Name: Amaterasu ( Illuminating Heaven)

Description: Amaterasu is one of the most powerful ninjutsu, opposite of Tsukuyomi, one of the most powerful genjutsu. The jet-black flames are said to be as hot as the sun, and will burn for seven days and seven nights. Since the Mangekyou Sharingan is necessary to activate this jutsu, not many have learned it. All that is known is that it is very powerful since it can punch through a Mountain Toad's stomach which is, as stated by Jiraiya, fire retardant. Though stated in the data book to burn everything reflected on its retina; Zetsu also commented that the Amaterasu burns everything within Itachi's wide field of vision to cinders with an unholy black flame, to the degree of being able to burn an entire forest or village with it.

Name: Tsukuyomi ( literally "Moon Reader")

Description: Named after the Shinto moon god, Tsukuyomi, this jutsu is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyou Sharingan can perform it. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. An example of this is Kakashi Hatake, who had to be hospitalized for quite some time after Itachi performed the Tsukuyomi on him. Because the Sharingan is the main factor in executing this jutsu, eye contact is required. To date, only Sasuke Uchiha has been able to withstand the effects of Tsukuyomi.

Description: Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi wielding the sacred Yata no Kagami (八咫鏡, "Eight Span Mirror"), a mirror that's considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, as a shield in its left hand, and in its right, the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (十拳剣, "Ten Hands Long Sword"), also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (酒刈太刀, Sakenagi no Tachi; "Sake Cutter Longsword"). The Totsuka no Tsurugi, commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in an eternal dream-like illusion, and is described as the perfect counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword.[1] Like the Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi, Susanoo is an ability of the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Description: Using the Sharingan's jutsu-copying abilities, the user can turn any genjutsu back onto its original user. Sasuke most likely had used this technique to redirect Itachi's Tsukuyomi during their recent fight. Also Sasuke was able to redirect Orochimaru's transfer jutsu, and make Orochimaru transfer himself into Sasuke.

Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique ( Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu)

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via mouth, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, a ninja is able to spew a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique.

Name: Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique (Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu)

Description: This jutsu sends multiple balls of fire at a target. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. For the most part, however, this jutsu is used as a distraction. Oki's form is less effective, shown when Naruto just brushed it away. Itachi uses this jutsu with Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique, while in manga he uses only Great Fireball Technique.

Description: Fire Release: Ash Product Burning is a technique that spews superheated ash from the user's mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

Description: Kirin is a lightning technique that requires very little chakra. It is an extremely powerful, one-shot technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. It also seems to be made out of Chidori or it is used in this jutsu. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. Normally, jutsus are limited in power to the amount of chakra capacity any giver person has. Kirin, however, calls on the external lightning, which in terms of a lightning jutsu, makes it far superior to any other. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency.

Name: Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder (Raiton: Jibashi)

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a small amount of blue electricity from their wrists. This jutsu is not very powerful on its own. However, it becomes more powerful when used in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Description: This technique lets the user create a three sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points, in which this case, Jordan creates out of hiss chakra. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken, is if an outside party were to strike it.

Description: By converting his chakra into electricity, Jordan is able to flip the opponent's nervous system signals to any part of the body. For example, if someone tried to move their right arm, a different part of the body would move in the way they wanted their right arm to move. However this technique can be overcome if a person manages to relearn how to use their limbs which is more difficult that it sounds.

Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu ( literally Shadow Clone Technique)

Description: Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train.

Description: This jutsu works in combination with the Shadow Clone Technique to create a shadow clone that will explode on command. The blast created is considerable, and could potentially kill an attacker engaged in hand-to-hand combat.

History and RP Sample
History:
Childhood Arc: When Jordan was born, the doctors feared for him. His body temperature was way above the normal limitations, to the point where a normal person would die in a few days if their temperature stayed as such. His parents, feared he would not make it, but kept on hoping. Apparently, even though they took this into great care, his body temperature was normal for his body, and didn;t seem to harm him in any way. From that point on, his body temperature has always been like, and the heat he emits from his body is very abnormal. Jordan had an easy early life-style from that point on.. He was born into a loving, Uchiha family who raised him right. His father, Kaien Uchiha, would teach him Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu or anything else there was to be, and him being one of the top ANBU made it that much better with his training. His mother, Kallen, was one of the most intelligent person he had and would ever meet in his life. It was from her, where he got his great strategical mind, and he learned a few things from her as well. His brother, Hiei, well there's not much to say about him, other than the two often didn't see eye to eye on everything, and often got into fights with each other, but loved each other none-the-less.

Academy/Genin Arc: Years went by, and both Jordan and his brother made it to the Academy. Jordan excelled Academically at first, his genus mind already developing, although he lacked in physical exercises, and it was vice versa with his brother. Jordan was a bit arrogant in his childhood, and still is a bit today, which caused him to get into many unnecessary fights, in which he usually lost, where his brother would have to come and save his ass. Jordan, eventually got tired of this, and worked extremely hard in working himself physically. By working out, and training with his father, by next year at the Academy, he received shocked expression from the student body, because once scrawny Uchiha boy now had a well built body, uncommon for his age. This increased his marks in the physical exercise tremendously, and he continued to grow in intelligence as well.

Another years after this one, and Jordan had graduated the Academy at the top of his class. His brother, Hiei, had also passed, just not as well as Jordan had, which made him a little jealous. By this time, Jordan had developed the first stage of his Sharingan, which his mother was very proud about, and so was his father, but he didn't express it as much. Jordan was now a Genin, and was assigned a team, a Jounin, and two other Genin, one being female while the other male. His Jounin, was also an Uchiha, which helped him out a lot, and was one of the first people he every truly bonded with. It took time to get used to his teammates, however, as he thought of both of them as annoying and useless at times. He, in time, came to enjoy the company of both of them, and even considered the male team-mate, Kumori, his best friend. Jordan continued to go on missions with his team, enjoying their company even more after each. After moths passed, and Jordan had become even stronger now, learning new techniques and figuring out he had an affinity towards lightning, but wasn't quite sure how to use it. One day, he had returned home from a mission, to see his father waiting for him at the entrance, his eyes were red as if he had been crying recently. He pulled Jordan aside, and told his team he would meet up with him later. When his father was sure they were in a secluded area, he began to tell Jordan that his mother had been killed. He didn't seem to register this at the moment, and keep listening to his father with a blank look on his face. Kaien, then went on to explain that she was murdered and he wasn't sure who was responsible, but he would do all in his power to find out, and from that point on, Jordan rarely ever saw his father, only staying with his brother, who had found out before Jordan had.

Chunin(Exams) Arc: Jordan and his team were quickly nominated to go to the Chunin Exams, which they all accepted. By this time, Jordan had changed even more, but not just in physical appearance, knowledge or power, but also in his personality. He know always had a 'lost' and sort of sad face about him, and his tone was always cold, no matter what the situation was. He also seemed more distant towards the people he considered friends. By now, he had already suspected possible suspects, but he didn't have enough evidence to confront them about it. Still, he investigated it as much as he could but to no avail. The day of the Chunin Exams came quicker than expected, and all three of his team members passed through the first part. Kumori passed, only because of his confidence in his own abilities, which only proved to work out for the better in the end. The female, Inoue, passed because she was almost positive she has answered all her questions correctly, unlike Kumori. As for Jordan, he passed because he fell asleep during the exam, and missed when the proctor asked if anyone wanted to leave, so he awoke to surprised gasps as how the people who were still there were chosen. He only shrugged, and went back to sleep, thinking about the evidence he has gathered already, if any.

The next week seemed longer than it should have been, but maybe it was just him. The second part of the Exam's started, and nothing particularly interesting happened, for they easily passed through and obtained their scroll, thanks to Inoue and her Genjutsu's. They reached the end of the point, fairly bored with how it turned out, but were glad as the next month passed by rather quickly. The next and final part of the Exam's were a bit more interesting, and "way more fun", quoted by Kumori. Jordan was surprised and disappointed at who he had to fight however, because not only was it a woman(didn't have much respect for women in battle at this time), but it was Inoue. Inoue told him not to hold back, which he did at first, and still slightly did to the very end, but he couldn't come to terms with him harming a girl in such a way, especially a team-mate. Jordan, obviously, won in the end, and was now technically a Chunin. Kumori, also won his battle, only his opponent was Jordan's brother, who Jordan was surprised he made it all the way to the finals in the first place.

The finals ended, and everyone returned to their live/villages. Jordan and Kumori, as well as a select few of others, were promoted to Chunin, but some were also chosen to become ANBU trainee's. Jordan and Kumori being two of them, were trained by ANBU, and put in seemingly real situations to see what they would do in that position. Jordan brother, had been upset that Jordan had moved on without him, which anger got the better of him ,and challenged Jordan to a fight. The fight lasted for about an hour, which in turn both of their Sharingan evolved into their second stages. The battle finally came to a close, with Jordan being the victor, just barely able to pull it off however.

(Post)ANBU Arc: A few years passed, and Jordan, along with Kumori, continued ti train and prepare themselves to become ANBU. This is when his life turned around. It was late at night, the moon shown brightly above the sky, when an ANBU member shows up, carrying an ANBU sword and mask. The man approached, slowly taking off his mask, revealing his face, yellow hair, then his name, which was Okashii Namikaze. (Had permission from John, XP.) He approached, no sign of emotion on is face, as this was to be expected of an ANBU. He proceeded to tell him that his father was dead, and he knew this because he was helping him investigate his mothers death, which was partially a success, as they discovered that her murder WAS indefinitely connected to Konoha. He also told him that his father was killed, on the reason they found him looking into classified files, which the punishment for doing so was death. With that. he handed Jordan his fathers sword, and his ANBU mask, then disappeared into the night without another word. Jordan didn't cry, nor did he feel like he was going to, all he did was turn and went to go find his brother, to tell him the news.

Another year went by, Jordan and his brother now living on their own, and Jordan was now fully in the ANBU, both were at the age of sixteen. Jordan's Sharingan has now fully developed into its stage three, and his techniques and power have risen greatly, as well as his strategical abilities. Upon being recruited into the ANBU, he was sent to the Lightning Country for a year, a mission that would take exactly that. He didn't like it at first, as this would mean that he was farther away from his goal of gaining information for himself on his mother's death, and possibly his father's, as to confirm what Okashii Namikaze had said to been true. He then realized, that this might be better for him in the end. He stayed in the Lightning Country's Capital village, and even became a member in a way of the village. While he was there, he also honed his Lightning techniques, learning many and completing his two elements. Feeling accomplished with himself, he came back to Konoha, unknowingly to them, and technically abandoned the village, as his mission still had four more months until it was officially completed. Upon his return, he snuck into the Information center, not harming anyone as of yet, only to find out more than he wanted to know. The files he found on his mother said she was apparently an S-Ranked Missing Ninja who was wanted for many crimes, but disappeared years ago, and in a newly added file, it came to say she had taken a new Identity, and settled down with her previous clan, the Uchiha. Which she then stayed in hiding, starting a family. After that, it mentioned discovering her where-abouts, and sending ANBU to dispose of her, a direct order from the Hokage and her Council. He quickly left, taking pictures and such for proof, and made his way back home.

He called his best friend, Kumori and his brother to meet him at their old home in which they lived in with their complete family. He showed them the info, and told them he planned to kill the Hokage and her council, as well as anyone who got in his way. He asked if he would help them, as they were the two closest people left to him. Their answers did not go as he wanted, as his brother rejected, saying going against Konoha would never fix the problem, and Kumori said he could never strike down the person he swore to protect when he became an ANBU. Jordan was hurt by their answers, but still said he was going on with his plan, which in turn lead to his brother and Kumori to attack and stop him. Sadly, convinced he had to do this, Jordan, using his new unbelievable power, killed both of them. The last thing on Kumori's mind before it went blank was 'Could he really have gotten that strong for spending six months in the Lightning Country?' He then removed his brother's eyes, hearing the rumors of the Mangekyou Sharingan and its effects. After resting, Jordan make his way to the Hokage's mansion. Using his amazing strategic skills and him being an ANBU, knew how to get pass their defences, and used them against the other ANBU, making it easier to get to the Hokage. From that point on, he used his raw power to get through the remaining ANBU, making it to the Hokage's room, and being able to confront her. When they battled however, Jordan lost and was killed by her. What really pissed Jordan off about this, was the calm look on her face the entire time they were fighting, and it made it seem like she wasn't even trying.

Death/Rebirth Arc: It was hard to explain what Death was like, just an emptiness that you new was there, but it wasn't. It was like a void, just blackness and blackness, and it went on forever and seemed to last for years, which in turn was only a week until he came. Jordan was lying there, or what he thinks, until a bright light appeared. Not knowing what it was, but it being better than lying in Eternal darkness, he made his way over to it, until the light completely surrounded him, and he blacked out. He awoke to a pain in his eyes, and the bright light, although it soon began to fade. When he could fully see, he stood up, and took around his surroundings, which he didn't recognize. A deep voice then called to him, and Jordan turned to see a figure, covered in a black cloak, and he seemed to hover above the ground. The man...creature introduced itself to be commonly known as 'Death', then told him the place he was in was known as the Midoru Realm, or The World Between Heaven and Hell.

Jordan wondered why he was here, and still in the endless darkness he had been in earlier. 'Death' had informed him that he watches everyone that's goes through the place he had just been, and he took an interest in Jordan. Death, not wasting a moment, came out and told him that his intentions where to complete his one wish, and wit his help, could help Jordan accomplish his own goals as well. Jordan asked what 'Death's goals had been, but he didn't give him an answer, and only asked him "Do you accept?" Jordan, not believing what he was seeing, as his logic was returning, asked him what he could do for him. 'Death' said the best way he could tell him was to show him, and with that, Jordan spent the next few years in the Midoru Realm, training, and actually bonding, in their own way, with 'Death.' After the year, Jordan's power had risen even more, and he had acquired many new techniques from there as well. As a final parting gift, 'Death' made a summoning contract with Jordan, allowing him to summon many different types of deathly things to aid him. With that, Jordan accepted his contract, which Death had predicted he would do, and sent Jordan back down into the current world of the living.

Recognizing where he was, which was a small village outside of Konoha, he was able to make his way back to his old home, as to pick up some supplies and his brothers eyes. He did not, however, make another move on the Hokage, as his power currently was significantly drained, and he was in no position to take on a Chunin, much less the Hokage. He left Konoha now, and traveled on until he heard word, or more of rumors that he remembers when he was still serving Konoha as an ANBU, but never paid much attention to them until now. There were rumors about the Neo Akatsuki forming, and after remembering the stories of the old Akatsuki and their goals, he searched for them, but was actually found by them. He was soon made a member of the Neo Akatsuki, where he later had his brothers eye's implanted into his own. Jordan planed on using their help to further his own goals, only time will tell how it goes....

Name: Explosive Friction
Rank: C-A rank, Offensive
Element: Fire
Description: With this technique, Jordan snaps, then uses his nature manipulation of fire with the friction his fingers create an explosion. Where the explosion hits is determined by where the user aims, usually where it's being aimed is signaled by Jordan forming the makeshift form of a gun with his fingers, his index finger pointing in the general area of the explosion. Although this isn't necessary, its a habit of his to do. The explosion is also determined by how much chakra is put into it, which is why it can range from a small explosion, to a large one. This technique does not require the traditional hand signs to complete, but the snap must happen or the attack won't work.

Description: With this technique, Jordan makes the proper hand signs and once done, a wide ring of red encircles around Jordan. Once this happens, and wall of flames bursts from the ring on the ground, and goes upwards. Anything caught within the flames, as in is inside the circle, will be burned severely if not incinerated. The only one not being burned is Jordan, and that is only because of his intolerance to fire and since it was his attack.

Description: With this technique, Jordan can convert C-ranked and below fire techniques into chakra, and absorb it into his body. If it's anything higher that, the best it can do is reduce the damage dealt by a bit. The technique, however, requires to be focused, and if you lose your cool or get distracted with preforming it, not only will he not turn the Fire into Chakra, but some of his will leak out as well.

Description: This is a very powerful technique developed by Jordan. It requires a string of fifty hand signs. Once this is complete, the destruction of whatever the target is is almost certain. When the hand signs are complete, a huge meteor from space is sent from its position and is headed for the target, whatever it may be. The meteor takes exactly ten minutes to reach it's destination, no matter how far away it is from it. The target has to be in Jordan's range of vision, and the target cannot be changed once set. When the meteor reaches its destination, the explosion it creates can destroy a large village. This technique consumes a great amount of chakra, and should only be used once in a battle/situation.

Description: This is the first technique developed by Jordan, which he made this when he was a young child. This is special, in that it requires no hand signs. How it works is, the user uses their nature manipulation and gathers the chakra into the saliva, then when spat out and comes in contact with an object, it ignites in flames. This is a trivial technique, mostly only used as a distraction.

Description: With this technique, Jordan completes the necessary hand signs, and once done, a dome of fire surrounds Jordan, protecting him from physical attacks and other form of attacks. Once inside, Jordan is protected and able to regain some chakra, quickly think of a strategy, or go on the offensive. The only way to put this technique out, is either the user has to do it, or it has to be drenched with a powerful Water technique.

Description: This technique can only be preformed if already using Fire Release: Fire Dome. While inside the Dome, Jordan does a various amount of hand signs. Once done, the Dome expands outwards, disintegrating anything in its path. The Dome extends out five miles long, and it even goes to the point of extending in the sky and under the ground, making a crater when the attack is complete. Because of the range and how extremely fast the Dome expands, it is impossibly hard to dodge this technique unless near the five mile mark already.

Name: Way of the Phoenix

Description: This technique is in no way offensive, and the only use for it in battle would be to get away from it. This technique is 'special' to Jordan, since he has already died once, and has been brought back. What he does is ignite his body in flames, his intolerance to flames soothing the pain, and turns into ash almost instantly. Once this is done, he can no longer move or anything, for he is a pile of ash. Once this has happened, the ash will blow away into the wind, but due the ash will reappear somewhere else, usually somewhere around the Headquaters. After five hours, Jordan will come bursting out of the ash. The is more of a healing technique, as any injuries, no matter how serious, even if one of his limbs were missing, it would be healed/grown back. This technique is so advanced and unique, that if anyone attempted to copy it, they wouldn't be able to pull themselves back together after they turn to ash. This is a forrbidden technique, because of the fact that no ne other than Jordan can use it and keep going, and because of the immense amount of chakra needed to do it.

Description: With this technique, Jordan charges up concentrated lightning that gives off a white glow. He charges a small blast on the end of his finger, and can fire it from long distances, and can easily penetrate the body, heavily armored or not. Combined with his Sharingann, this can be a deadly technique. The downfall to this, is the blast is small, so you must good accuaracy to hit the intended target, and it takes about thirty seconds of charging to be effective.

Name: Lightning Release: Lightning Blast

Description: Jordan does a string of five hand signs to activate this technique. Once activated, Jordan can fire a single lightning bolt from his hands whenever he pleases. The technique doesn't require chakra to activate, but everytime a bolt is fired, chakra is taken up. The technique stay active until Jordan does another series of three hand signs. The bolts don't do massive damage, but repeated hits will start to take affect on the body.

Description: This attack is more powerful version of Lightning Release: Lightning Blast, and requires a string of eight hand signs to activate and five to end it. The same rule applies to this technique, with the chakra useage and etc. The only difference between the two attacks, is instead of one bolt being fired, you can fire 3-5 bolts from each hand, but this also take up more chakra than if you fired one at a time. The advantage of this attack is you can achieve what you normally would in five hits, with one instead.

Description: With this technique, the user preforms a series of hand signs, which after completed, send non-lethal jolts of electricity through the users body. This does not harm the user, but increases the overall speed of everything they do dramatically. The effects last for thirty minutes, which then you must preform the hand signs again if wanting to use the technique again.

Name: Paraylsis Touch

Description: This technique is useless unless you have a partner with you, or you need to temporarily stop your opponent to talk or for whatever reason. This only needs one hand sign to activate, and once done, a spark of electricity sparks on the end of whichever fingers or bodypart you decide to use. After this happens, you need to hit the target in some sort of pressure point and/or chakra point and hold your finger there. Once done, it will send shock waves through their body, momentarily paralyzing them. If fingers or whatever body part is touching them is removed from the point, the effects will automatically wear off. If not, the effectsgradually wear off after a minute of being paralyzed.

Description: This is one of Jordan's more powerful Lightning techniques. This techniques creates a solid orb in Jordan palm after the required hand signs are complete. Inside the Orb is highly concentrated lightning, not chakra made lightning, but pure lightning. The Orb can be thrown at the enemy, which it will fly at wit hgreat speeds, or it can be kept in the hands and use it to stike against the enemy like you would with Rasegan for example. When the Orb comes in contact with something, it bursts, and lets out all the pure lightning held inside, creating a small lightning storm on the ground in the surrounding area.

Description: This technique involves and relys on Jordan using his ANBU sword. Once the hand signs are completed, a flash of lightning zooms acroos the sky, and a bright light appears. When it clears, Jordan is gone. After a few moments, lightning bolts start to rain down from the sky, and they won't stop until one hits the opoonent. Once this happens, two more will strike down on the enemy, with the third one containing Jordan. The point of the lightning bolts is merelyto paralyze the target for a few moment, then the second one is to ensure they stay there for longer, and the third contains the real damage, as Jordan cmes down from the sky, and attacks with his blade.

Name: Lightning Release: Cage of Thunder

Description: This technique requires great concentration to keep in tact. It requires fifteen hand signs to activate, and slowly consumes chakra as it's lft in use. Once completed, the user will create a cage of electricity surrounding the target. The cage is incredibly difficult to break, as not many have been able to accomplish it. The user cannot really harm his victom inside the cage, because he needs concentration to keep the cage together. If the person inside the cage happens to touch the ends, then 5,000 volts of electricity gets sent through their body. Its not enough to kill them the first time, but repeated shocks will put a toll on your body. Jordan can also alter the size of the cage, from making it as small as someone standing, and as wide as a room. The bigger it is, the more concentration it takes to keep it in hold.

Description: With this technique, Jordan can use his lightning nature manipulation to mess with anything electronic. There's no limit to what he can do, the only thing would be breaking into a highly guarded file with limited access.

Description: This is a technique that requires no hand signs. When the required chakra is applied, Jordan can create small knives out of electricity. These can be throw quickly, and change course upon Jordan order. The real purpose of these blades, however, only takes affect when entered into the body. Once this happens, the blades will send a electric pulse through the victom's body, which will increase the magnatism of the iron in your blood dramatically. In this case, it will arract anything metal to them, or them to anything metal, depending on what it is. The effects of the attack wear off in a little less than ten minutes. It is unknown how this will affect non-human objects.

Name: Lightning Blade (Not Kakashi's)

Description: This technique requires three hand signs and can be preformed using only one hand, giving it the option to use on both arms. When it is activated, one of the arms is surrounds with visible energy-like lightning, from the elbo down. The blade can extend two feet than what it started it out as, and can also shrink in size. The attack itself is powerful, and can slice through most things, even steel if charged enough.

Description: This is an od technique created by Jordan. With his chakra, Jordan can create senbon with a little hollow center. In the center area, is a small dose of acid also created by Chakra. There is no certain use for this technique, but the most common one involves Jordan's sharingan. With his sharingan, Jordan located a vein on some part of the targets body, and uses percise aim to hit it/them with the senbon. When it comes in contact with something, the senbon realeases the acid inside. It this happens to an area around the veins, the acid will eat them away from the inside, along with anything else in its way, thus, causing internal bleeding.

Description: This technique seems very simple to do, but took a year to perfect while training in the Midoru Realm. With this technique, Jordan mixes his chakra with some kind of weapon of object, then attacks them with said weapon. If the weapon pierces the skin, the chakra enters their body, but as an infection. What this does is targets the red blood cells in the body, and destroys their hemoglobin. With this done, the oxygen that is usually carried throughtout the body starts decreasing by the minute. This, in turn, puts a strain on their oxygen levels. Since the hemoglobin is being destroyed, the Myoglobin's also get destroyed, making the oxygen in the muscles have no where to stay, making your muscles come to fatigue easier.

Although of how powerful, Jordan is left without the use of jutsu during the time 'Death' is out, and it takes up 70% of his chakra. The one's that are sure he can do is:

-Midoru Realm: He can open portals to the Midoru Realm anytime he chooses, and unlike Jordan, can choose to send more that just himself there.
-Death's Strike: He gathers Dark energy around his broad sword, then swings his blade, unleashing the massive attack. It looks as if a giant bolt of Black Lightning is tearing its way through the ground towards the enemy.

Name: Summoning: Midoru Samurai

Description: These are located all over the Midoru Realm, as they are not one of a kind. Jordan can summon multiple of these Samurai at a time, although the more he summons, the more chakra is used. These samurai have no special attacks, although they do have two special abilities. Its first being, it can manipulate it's body to fit flatly on any surface, or fit through many places most people can not. Its other ability is to extend it's limbs a few feet to get a better range for attack. They do not speak, but are very loyal to whoever summoned them, and will not hesitate on a command.

Name: Summoning: The Guardian of Midoru- Bahamut

Description: This is a very powerful creature that guards the entire Midoru Realm. It, like most thing from the Realm, can open a portal to Midoru Realm. It is also very strong physically and a very large creature, being able to crush normal summon in its hands. It has a few attacks that are very powerful:

-Mega Flare(The blast in the picture): A very powerful blast, capable of destroying most things in one hit unless fairly powerful. The blast, however, consumes a wide amount of energy from the summon, and can only use it 2-3 times every time it's summoned.
-Threatening Roar: A move where Bahamut does a very roar that demands power, and it will usually intimidate someone with a weak mind or has a lack of concentration.
-Blade Wing: Bahamut can remove on of his blade-like feathers from his wings, and use it as a powerful sword. The sword is not sharp, but blunt, so instead of cutting and slicing, it breaks and smashes.
-Severing Darkness: With this attack, Bahamut swings his arm, claws outstretched, and a black energy attack flies from each claw. This attack isn't as powerful as the others, but it's purpose serves more an attack to cut through others.

Description: This summon has no purpose for attacking what so ever, and has no fighting skill either. She has no special attack either, but her one purpose is one of the greatest. She has the ability to un-seal almost any seal known to man, although this takes time to do so, and only will take longer to complete depending on how strong the seal is. For the seal to be broken, Jordan must also have complete concentration. Unlike most other beings from the Midoru Realm, she cannot open a portal getting her there.

Description: This summon isn't meant for offensive battle , but deals more in Defence and Healing abilities. Riku can open a portal to the Midoru Realm, as most can. His abilities vary from healing and protecting, etc:

-White Wings: With this attack, Riku flies up into the air, and launches many upon many white feathers from his wings, and they begin to swirl and get in the way of the targets in the selected area, thus, making it distracting to them, or blinding their view temporarily.
-Healing of the Gods: This technique allows Riku to heal wounds on the body and internal wounds as well. This also has the potential to get rid of infections or anything of the sort inside the body.
-Shield from the Heavens: This protection ability allows Riku to create a a white shield from thin air, which is powerful enough to stop most physical attacks and jutsu related attacks. However, the shield can only withstand two or three powerful attack before it shatters.

Name: Summoning: Hell Hounds of Midoru

Description: These are fairly weak summons, but their purpose is not for mainly battle. Although they can fight and be used for battle, Jordan uses these to send messages to anyone that is to far for him to see without wasting any of his time. The Hell Hounds can move about underneath the ground and when they open their mouths, whatever message Jordan had told them is projected from their mouth, in Jordan voice.

Name: Summoning: Black Flames of the Underworld
Looks: Black flames engulf both of Jordan's arms.

Element: Fire/Summoning
Description: This summon is interesting, because instead of summoning a creature or weapon, it summons the Flames from the Underworld, which is a very powerful black flame, that causes severe and possibly fatal burn upon contact with something. The downfall to this attack, once used up too much chakra, or when you unsummon the flames, his arms are badly burned, and must be healed properly for hours to get them fully healed.

Ok Jordan, even though I want you in Akatsuki and want you powerful, I believe the merging with objects jutsu should be removed, as Orochimaru created it and on this site, all of his jutsus died more than 70 years ago making them disappear from existence. Either that or he has never existed. In my opinion, merging with something to avoid damage sounds as it can be easily used as a OP move.

The merging was going to be more used as a way to move around without being seen, but it makes no difference really if i don't have it, so I'll take care of that.

The Flying thunder god is a technique that is a Cannon, which is OP, remove it.

Wow, first naruto forum I've been deprived of Chidori from, but w/e, it makes sense.

Special Characteristics: Jordan is a very intelligent man, and what makes him differ from many people, is his great skill for coming up with strategies, and deducing other's strategies and battle tactics. Also, since the time he was born, his body temperature was always was above normal, although it's never been lethal or caused him any harm. Because of this, he people try not to stand next to him very often, as they will soon become extremely hot. Other than that, Nothing is very abnormal about him, although, he has made a very powerful contract with 'Death' and has a wide variety of powerful techniques from that.

That's actually a wrong statement. One eye of the Mangekyou is the eye of Genjutsu and the other is the eye of Ninjutsu. With that comes the genjutsu and ninjutsu technique which explains why Sasuke was able to use his own Amaterseu and not just what Itachi sealed inside of him. No where does it state that he can't use Tsukuyomi either, therefore it's say to say that anyone with Mangekyou has the ability to use most of the Genjutsu and ninjutsu techniques.

Well I'll let you two settle what happens with the Mangekyou techs. Although could I point out that the 'Death' summon is an S-ranked, so its supposed to very powerful, although the side effect works against me as well.

Description: With this technique, Jordan snaps, then uses his nature manipulation of fire with the friction his fingers create an explosion. Where the explosion hits is determined by where the user aims, usually where it's being aimed is signaled by Jordan forming the makeshift form of a gun with his fingers, his index finger pointing in the general area of the explosion. Although this isn't necessary, its a habit of his to do. The explosion is also determined by how much chakra is put into it, which is why it can range from a small explosion, to a large one. This technique does not require the traditional hand signs to complete, but the snap must happen or the attack won't work.

Description: With this technique, Jordan completes the necessary hand signs, and once done, a dome of fire surrounds Jordan, protecting him from physical attacks and other form of attacks. Once inside, Jordan is protected and able to regain some chakra, quickly think of a strategy, or go on the offensive. The only way to put this technique out, is either the user has to do it, or it has to be drenched with a powerful Water technique.

Name: Way of the Phoenix

Description: This technique is in no way offensive, and the only use for it in battle would be to get away from it. This technique is 'special' to Jordan, since he has already died once, and has been brought back. What he does is ignite his body in flames, his intolerance to flames soothing the pain, and turns into ash almost instantly. Once this is done, he can no longer move or anything, for he is a pile of ash. Once this has happened, the ash will blow away into the wind, but due the ash will reappear somewhere else, usually somewhere around the Headquaters. After five hours, Jordan will come bursting out of the ash. The is more of a healing technique, as any injuries, no matter how serious, even if one of his limbs were missing, it would be healed/grown back. This technique is so advanced and unique, that if anyone attempted to copy it, they wouldn't be able to pull themselves back together after they turn to ash. This is a forrbidden technique, because of the fact that no ne other than Jordan can use it and keep going, and because of the immense amount of chakra needed to do it.

Description: With this technique, the user preforms a series of hand signs, which after completed, send non-lethal jolts of electricity through the users body. This does not harm the user, but increases the overall speed of everything they do dramatically. The effects last for thirty minutes, which then you must preform the hand signs again if wanting to use the technique again.

Description: This is a technique that requires no hand signs. When the required chakra is applied, Jordan can create small knives out of electricity. These can be throw quickly, and change course upon Jordan order. The real purpose of these blades, however, only takes affect when entered into the body. Once this happens, the blades will send a electric pulse through the victom's body, which will increase the magnatism of the iron in your blood dramatically. In this case, it will arract anything metal to them, or them to anything metal, depending on what it is. The effects of the attack wear off in a little less than ten minutes. It is unknown how this will affect non-human objects.

Name: Acid Infused Senbon

Description: This is an od technique created by Jordan. With his chakra, Jordan can create senbon with a little hollow center. In the center area, is a small dose of acid also created by Chakra. There is no certain use for this technique, but the most common one involves Jordan's sharingan. With his sharingan, Jordan located a vein on some part of the targets body, and uses percise aim to hit it/them with the senbon. When it comes in contact with something, the senbon realeases the acid inside. It this happens to an area around the veins, the acid will eat them away from the inside, along with anything else in its way, thus, causing internal bleeding.
