The Symbol is beauty in Japanese and in terms the clan is beautiful, but the beauty is kept through strict laws, and such. It is made through disipline, honor, respect, and hard work. The swamp is beautiful, but after looking past all the difficult foliage and weeds, the swamp truely is a land full of life, but one must look hard and cut past weakness to do so.

Population: 271 (Only 6 Members are allowed to be part of the clan, Currently 1/11)

Summons: The clan itself has no clan summons, but each individual member is capable of using the animals within the swamps, raise them and use them as summons.

Clan Social Pyramid/Chart: Fully Awakened > Elders > Priestesses > High Guardians > Guardians > Guardians in Training > Dormants > The Desolate (No Bloodline) > Mentally Disabled.

- Mentally Disabled: Those with mental illnesses no matter what age, gender, whether they have bloodline or not are thought of as the lowest within the clan and most times are killed on spot at birth, they are shunned and hated by society and will most likely never get a place in the clan, not even as garbage boys or slaves, they are seen as useless.

- The Desolate: These are those born without the Kekkei Genkai within the clan, they are the lowest class beside the disabled, they usually are seen as the slave class. Those without Kekkei Genkai are usually the Slaves/Servant class, they can get minor jobs such as Garbage boys, Maids, etc. They are treated as such as well.

- Dormants: Those with the Kekkei Genkai, but with the dormant version, are in some way are seen as the lower/middle class of the clan, they are treated neutrally, more or less. They get jobs such as employees at buisnesses, chefs, artists, and such jobs. They are in such the higher employed class, they can at some cases get jobs in the guardian classes, but are never able to catch up to those with the awakened forms.

- Guardians in Training: Those who are not fully guardians, but are in the process of becoming one are treated as star pupils and all those lower than this class will bow and such to these students and treat them as if Guardians. Though those of higher classes to these students treat them like garbage and such, treating them harshly and with extreme strictness. Those who fail once are never given a second chance, they will if failed be treated like the Desolates.

- Guardians: These are the protectors of the village. They are those with their training completed and passed, they are highly respected and are in some way the villages attacking and spy force as well, they have gone through intense training and hardships, they kill without mercy, some say they have lost almost all emotion. These woman (sometimes very rarely men) will kill those below them if disrespected, they are cold and heartless most of the time. The men within the guardians are treated lower, but are higher than those below them. They master their Kekkei Genkai and ninjutsu through this as well, along with becoming skilled Taijutsu users, and choosing a weapon to master. It is at this time also a summon is chosen.

- High Guardians: These are the leaders, commanders within squads and such of guardian. These people make sure the orders of the head and elders are followed without mistake, they are cruel and hard, and have gotten to their position through hardwork and training, this status is one of the highest within the clan and they have all autority. In order to become a High Guardian one must be able to kill ones best friend, or a loved family member, this is to how their merciless nature and to fully be considered of the job. These guardians have fully mastered their fighting ways and strategies.

(To take this position you need Chizu Nakano's permission to be in the clan, and permission to be a guardian in traning/guardian, this position is not allowed as a starting position and in order to become a High Guardian you must actually go through being a guardian and given the trial of killing the friend.)

- Priestesses: These woman are the ones who do ceremonies for the dead, they bring offerings to the deities of the swamp. These woman are beyond just their normal jobs, they like the guardians go through intense training, are not allowed to have affairs, or anything of the sort, if such love is seen, the husbands/lover must be killed immediately without trace. The priestesses are skilled fighters as well and are masters of Genjutsu, Medical, or Taijutsu. They are swift and merciless in combat, and are in some sort the highest guards.

- Elders: These are the Priestesses and High Guardians that have lasted till old age without death or too much loss of mental and physical strength, they are the ones who determine the rules, laws, and decisions of the clan, they are skilled in fighting, but have taken on a different fighting style due to their old age, they specialize in Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. They can amazingly be quite vigilate fighters and do not appear as they truely are. Their order and decisions are decided through their opinions and such, they tell the priestesses and high guardians their jobs and they follow. They will when a Fully Awakened comes to play become the secondary decisions and take control of the trivial matters.

- Fully Awakened: These are the highest in social order and are in some sort the leader of the entire clan, these only appear rarely, but at times of their appearances they are seen sort of like a god of some sort, they are the full autority and control all things, they make all decisions and their will is absolute. They usually are just awakened at first, but sometime during their guardian or priestesses jobs they fully awaken and are made Head of the clan. They are masters of the Kekkei Genkai and their unique variation, and have either mastery in Genjutsu, Medical, Taijutsu, or Ninjutsu, according to their unique variation and whether they were a priestess or guardian. The current Fully Awakened is Chizu Nakano, but she is exiled due to her decision to not take up the job as Head of the Clan.

Description/History: The clan is one of the elder clans of Konoha, yet at the same time is one of the smallest, one of the reasons for this is that clan members are not permitted to go into marriage and reproduce with those outside the clan. Other reasons being with the fact that those who go through the process of receiving the non-dormant version of the Kekkei Genkai are unable to reproduce live young, all children of clan members bestowed with the form of the Kekkei Genkai are unable to give birth to living children, all children born of those with the non-dormant Kekkei Genkai are stillbirths. The only ones capable of the non-dormant Kekkei Genkai in the clan are females, men are almost always born with the dormant bloodline, and those born with the Kekkei Genkai are killed upon childbirth. The clan is in some ways extremely strict and has many rules in which the members must follow. The origins of the clan may have indeed been from the area of the land of the wave as a genetic branch off, from data gathered they are descendants of the Hyouton controlling clan within the Mist (Haku's Clan). The clan had established itself after escaping from the mist and their persecution and went to the leaf, they accepted alliance with the leaf but in return they'd stay hidden and on the outskirts of the country. The clan lives within swamps, lakes, and other still bodies of water, they use mist to conceal their living quarters. The clan has in some sort a ceremonial sort of life, those gifted with the Kekkei Genkai are given positions as the sort of priestesses within the clan and protect it and at some times become ninjas and such. Every once in a while though through the internal genetic mixings special variations of the Kekkei Genkai are discovered, these individuals are given the jobs of ruling over as head of the clan. Usually these special individuals only appear in ones, very rarely are their more than one at one time, but when multiple gifted individuals arise, the clan has them perform a trial, which decides the head of the clan. At average the clan only has 300 members within it, but through the clans individuals immense training levels, and strategy they have been able to survive even till today.

Special Abilities:
Dormant - The Kekkei Genkai of most clan members is dormant and only has one simple ability, to create a light mist from already existing bodies of water without much difficulty, and turn mist into water, these are the only ability of dormant born members and even so it requires a decent amount of chakra, although no hand signs are needed. The chances of this within males is 35%, the chances of it within females is 48%

Awakened - But beyond just the simple dormant effect there are those who are born with awakened Kekkei Genkai, the woman with this are usually placed as defenders of the village or trained as ninjas to defend the village. The ability of being able to make light mist exists, but that is only a touch of the clans Kekkei Genkai. Beyond being able to make mist and turn water to mist, they are able to change the form of water from mist and water immediately, they are able to control two sections of the water cycle in terms of instant change of their forms. They can turn any body, or form of water into a different form, this also includes water within the air and in the ground, as well as rain, and sleet. They cannot manipulate the water itself, but can choose to turn DiHydrogen Oxygen into any form. This Kekkei Genkai has to do with the immediate change of temperature within water molecules through the use of minimal, but special Chakra which changes thus temperatures, this Kekkei Genkai is able to do this immediately without wait, it is able to change the molecules in less than a second. They are only able though to tamper with water and mist, Ice is beyond their control and temperatures for it are too extreme for them to do much on it. The secondary effect of the jutsu allows the user to transform into the form of swamp animals through the voluntary molecular configuration of the user. The various swamp animals one can use includes: Swans, Ducks, Storks, Herons, Frogs, Toads, Alligators, Crocodiles, Caiman, Anacondas, Beavers, Newts, Salamanders, Turtles, Flamingos, Cranes, and various swamp fish. These animals are mostly what would be considered normal within their respectable forms, except they are capable of speech, but cannot use most jutsus, they are still able to use their Kekkei Genkai however along with jutsus which rely only upon them. The animals are normal in shape, size, and colorization, the colorization, size and shape though are determined upon the actual body of the user of the Kekkei Genkai, although only slight alterations such as being skinnier, fatter, more colorful/etc than most animals. This can only be used once every 24-hours, turning human counting as a transformation, animal forms can turn into animal forms as well. When turned back into human form the user will need to rest and will be unconscious for as many days as they had been within animal forms, it is possible to stay in animal form for ones entire life. They are while in their animal forms still capable of thought and such, and still retain their minds as if in human form. The chances of this being within males are 0.05%, while in females 19%.

Fully Awakened - The rare genetic mutations which end up successful are numerous some being capable of actually doing things other than the awakened forms, they are usually advanced versions of the awakened forms, some examples being such as changing forms into inbetween transition states, others changing the melting temperature levels, etc. This only appears once every millenia most likely, sometimes in rare cases there can be multiple or they appear in a century or such.
