Personality: A bit lazy,studious to an extent and willing to learn,determined and intelegent,he has tendencies to be a bit rash whenever the circumstances have emotional tones to them.He is easy to get along with an enhanced ability to tell things about people,this doesnt always work how he would like it however.He doesnt like to distress people and doesnt like being burdened by tasks.He would never do anything to endanger his clan.
He cant stand stupidity or ignorance.He is a natural born leader but if the situation calls for him to follow he can do so.He is border line genious and is always calm except for the ocasional circumstance.He is hard to stop but isnt invincible.He can fight through a wound depending how serious it is.He always tries to find the bright side of things.
He cant stand to see his freinds and family upset and goes out of his way to chear them up.He is helpful and would help anyone that would do the same for him.His freinds and family mean more to him than any thing or anyone.When on any mission he gives out onehundred percent it doesnt matter if its a D Ranked mission to an A Ranked mission he all treats it as if its the most important mission he has ever had.

Kage Mane no Jutsu - Shadow Imitation Technique

Kage Mane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. It's original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, the shinobi's hand becomes enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, the shinobi use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

A visual Genjutsu created by Kantamaru through long days of meditation in the Nara Clan forest.By doing this he had opened his mind to extents he didnt know he could.This jutsu allows him to transmit and read thoughts and transmit jutsu into people quickly and efficantly.It can also create genjutsu to an extent,nothing that changes an entire background just small little details in which they see such as they could see a paper bomb as a leaf or they could see them landing a lethal hit on their target when in reality their target isnt hit but faking it.

The Nara clan member that uses this can make his shadow transform into an animal that is solid and is controled much like a normal shadow imitation.The beasts created can physically devour any thing smaller then them.At Genin the shadow animal can only be small animals and insects.At chuunin the user can make larger animals like wolves and tigers.As a Jounin and higher the user can make creatures as big or bigger then an elephant.

Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the clan member will first bind their target using the Kage Mane no Jutsu technique. Once the target can no longer move, they form the needed hand seal to initiate this technique. The clan member uses their shadow to form a hand which will creep up their opponents body to their neck. Once the hand reaches the neck, it will constrict in such a manner so as to strangle the opponent. However, the clan member will need to be careful. If their target has a lot of chakra, they can turn back the shadow hand and prevent it from binding their neck.

History and RP Sample
History: Academy Student: Kantamaru entered the Academy at 5 years old.At first he was to lazy to do anything and failed multiple times.This made his father incredibly angry.By the time he was ten he was threatened to be kicked out if he didnt pass and move up.This got to him and he passed that year with flying colours.When he was 14 he passed the Academy and made his parents proud of him.During this tme he had been practicing the Shadowmancey arts and had mastered Kage Nui and Kage Mane in that time.
Genin: After passing the Academy he went on to be a genin as was mandatory.His team was made up of an Uchiha,a Yamanaka,and his Jounin leader was a Hyuuga of a branch family.He got along fine with the Yamanaka but the Uchiha was to cocky to get along with,there pride.He had constant fights with the Uchiha because he would talk down about the Nara clan.His Hyuuga Sensei would punish them severley each time but it didnt stop the fighting.
Chuunin Exams:When the Chuunin Exams came around his Sensei was quick to suggest them for the exams.He passed the written part easily as well as the Survival exam.But when the final exam came around he won all of his matches but one.The final match was against a Hyuuga,the clan that he was weakest against.This Hyuuga was named Hizashi.During the course of the fight he landed 4 hits on him while he was hit about 1534 times.Needless to say Kantamaru was destroyed by the Hyuuga's speed and grace.Despite his monumental loss he was promoted to chuunin along with many others.
Chuunin: He was 17 when he became a Chuunin.While doing this he learned the Kuchiyose and created the Kokoro Me and Kage Yajuu.The first Owl he was aquainted with was an owl about his height named Fukouru.He and Fukouru became attached and became the best of freinds.Fukoru knows Kanta better than most people.He left the village later so he could train with an older shinobi,but before his master could continue his training he mysteriously died.It was beleived to be an assasination but no one could find out who or what had killed him.
Missing Ninja: He began to travel around looking for the man that had killed his master but also helping any smaller towns that needed help for the small cost of a place to sleep,food,and drink. By doing this he became very poor but very well known for his kindness and swiftness to help smaller countries or weaker people in need of help.

Rp Sample: Kantamaru walked past the Village gates for the last time.It was a dark rainy night in the mid fall.The leaves and rain fell around him as he stepped out of the gates and turned around and looked at them."Good bye Konoha." he muttered to himself as he began to walk away from the gates.He took a cigarete and put it between his lips and lit it.He took a breath and released it and a plume of smoke came from his mouth.He looked down and sighed.'Its time to live on my own,no ones help or love there to guide or help me,the sage.' he thought to himself as he took something out of his pocket.He held in his hand a black strip of cloth with something rectangular and shiny in the center.He dropped it at his feet and walked off into the dark of the cold autumns night.The peice of cloth he had dropped was his Konohagakure headband.The small red glow of the cigarette could be seen as he walked away quietly and alone,hands tucked into his pockets and head angled down.As he walked down memories of freinds,family,and good times filled his head.He cast them out and filled them with what he would learn. 'Fuuinjutsu,complete my Senjutsu training,kill the bastards that killed my sensei.' he thought to himself as he layed out goals.

(1) Chidori takes a lot of Raiton chakra, thus, you can't have it unless you have chakra control like Kakashi and Sasuke.

Okay, good. For for a lecture. ;

(1) A specific chakra elemental for a person can have a lot more control over that element. Because i am Kazekage, i can freely control the Earth element, and because my Primary element is Lightning, and because of my Powerful Raiton techniques, like 'Ranmyaku Shitsunen', i can control the waves of lightning with just a swerve of my palm.

Ok,so does that mean I can control lightning with just a swerve of my palm?

No, you have to have alot of chakra control for that. Since you know my character has had the Lightning element for a long time, i can control it with ease.

Also, it is a technique, which allows me to send bolts of lightning towards any direction. You can't control the chidori like any of sasuke's techniques or any of mine, i will disapprove any techniques that will.
