Tohko Seiryu. [WiP]

Basic Character Information:
Name: Tohko Seiryu.
Age: 19.
Gender: Female.
Clan: Seiryu.

Looks:

Tohko skin seems to shine, or more rather, light up the room. It is unusual to have such pale skin at this age, but it comes with her geisha-like looks. Her body is completely spotless and has no permanent scars or tattoos. Her thick, rich black hair, reaches down to her elbows, and takes a while to grow. Her hair is naturally curly, so it may be a few inches longer while it's straightened. She has some bangs near her eyes, but not long enough to cover them. On her head, she wears a barrette headpiece, coloured a vibrant red, symbolizing fire, in the shape of flowers.

The girl's eyes are coloured dark brown, with a hint of grey around her pupils. The Seiryu family are usually separated from others by the usual green eyes, but Tohko was born with darker eyes than usual. They can be mistaken for black eyes, obviously symbolizing something dark, or evil. The eyeliner around the eyes do make her eyes stand out as well. Her lips are always painted a dark red. This colour is believed to have had an impact on Tohko.

Tohko wears the traditional Japanese kimono, usually the colour [obviously] red and prefers that over regular ninja uniforms. It's easier to move around in for Tohko, but battling in a ruffly kimono has its downsides. Usually, she wears it, revealing some of her pale skin. Tohko also carries around the traditional Japanese handfan. It's not used as a weapon as it is completely useless in battle.

Kekkei Gekkei: Combination Element - Ice.
Description: The kekkei genkai, Ice Release (氷遁) allows the user to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice, which the user could manipulate through willpower alone. The ice users were largely immune to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with flames.
Special Effect: -strictly made up, not taken from any sources- This kekki genkai, resulting in control of 3 elements do take away chakra quicker than usual. Resulting in that sudden loss of chakra, the jutsus performed are pretty strong to deal with.

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them.

This jutsu creates pillars of ice crystals that home in on an opponent and trap them in ice. Unlike the Water Prison Technique, no further action seems to be required to maintain the prison once the victim is caught. This jutsu may also be used defensively as a wall of ice.
