Genin vs. OP Missing Nin

Chuy briskly walked into the surrounding area. It was chilly in the plains. Prairie grass was up to Chuy's waste. "Wow this grass is high" Chuy told himself looking at the surrounding area. He sat down with his legs criss-crossing. "Concentrate, concentrate." Chuy looked up and his eyes turned bright yellow with black spots in it. "Lightning beetle eyes" Chuy said to himself with a grin coming over his face. He concentrated more and looked into his body "Ok, half of my chakra left" he thought to himself coming out of it. Everything was so slow, he could see even flies in the distance. He still sat there, waiting for his opponent to show.

Yun had been watching the lad for a while now. It seemed he was waiting for his opponent. Activating his chakra seal, he stared off at the boy, slowly moving closer and tapping him on the shoulder, as the boy turned around the finger turned into a fist as he executed a sideways punch to the man's face. "Baka." he said aloud.

1st Phase - The Seal will glow a light blue color upon activation, this can be manually activated or automatically activated if their is a large amount of Chakra being used. The 1st phase will sense any Chakra usage in the area when activated within a 30 meter zone. This makes it easy to tell if someone is preparing to attack him or the like. The Automatic version works if a lot of Chakra is around him (10 meters) and will inform him immiedately (B-A ranked Jutsu). This phase can be deactivated Manually.

Chuy sat there, concentrating very hard. He felt a man approaching him. He could tell he was powerful by the amount of chakra but no threat was detected. The man was right behind him when he felt a tap on the shoulder. He started making handsigns while he turned his head. He saw the fist coming at him slowly as he said "Bubble" after the last handsign was made. The man would go flying three hundred yards if he didnt get out of there in time. The man would need some time slowing technique to make it dodge-able.

Description: The user makes a bubble around them that has high velocity winds. This makes all attacks on them useless. It simply makes all attacks that are on him go past him. This uses a lot of chakra and is not very effective at genin level. At genin level, it can only block kunais and shurriken. At chuunin level and beyond it will block almost every jutsu that is a direct attack. This can only last one post and uses up a lot of chakra.

Yun smirked before the man completed his technique. Diamond Cards shot out from every part of his clothing surrounding the boy's bubble halfway maintaining Yun's Position as he jumped backwards, unaffected by the attack. The Large cards that were now held using a powerful wind chakra stream from Yun and the weight of the cards suddenly released and went back up his sleeves shrinking in time. Yun chuckled. He smiled, "Come on Kid, bring it." he said pulling out a couple of cards and holding the queen of hearts over his face. Some other cards in his other hand.

Diamonds Suit - The Diamonds suit has the ability to enlarge and shrink in size. They also have the ability to grow legs and arms, but only all at once to make a human shape out of them, they must be a certain size to do this. This makes for various types of attacks and defenses. This card also has the ability to become extremely hard, like a metal making for even better defenses.

Chuy watched cards go spinning all around him. "Hmmm, a card user, eh?" Chuy said to himself. Chuy felt chakra forming from near the mans hand. "I wonder what else those can do..." Chuy thought to himself at the possibilities. He gulped a little at the danger. The bubble had already dispelled around him and he stayed sitting. Chuy looked into his senses and looked behind him. Chuy used chakra to make the wire attach to the ground without the man seeing. Well, my worste possibilities at the moment is falling into genjutsu and I'll be able to sense any ninjutsu or taijutsu attacks.He stood up looking at the ground but knowing where the man was. He was afraid of falling into a genjutsu. He then lifted his head into the mans eyes, his eyes meeting the mans, but Chuy also saw the card he was holding. Lets push him down and then attack. Chuy made a few handsigns while saying "Push" as he was facing the mans direction. He made a pushing movement with his hands in the direction of the target. He also threw two kunai from both hands with exploding tags in there but their sound covered by the wind. The kunai's also went twice as fast due to the wind pushing them.

Description: The user pushes the air in front of him forward causing a strong gust of wind in that direction. This wind is about 50 miles per hour at this level.

Yun grinned as he saw the boy connect eyes with his heart card. He grinned, (neither Character Knows this: Since the effects of this heart card only cause lagged vision it would be almost impossible to even notice that a genjutsu is in effect on the boy). Yun blinked quickly throwing a couple of clubs cards at the kunai sending them flying off one hitting the ground about 5 feet from the boy the other flew off into the air to the right of yun, exploding in the air. Yun nodded, throwing about 12 clubs cards at the boy all in a large stack, separating in the air in a layer.

Queen of Hearts

Description: When this card is activated, the opponent will see everything in a 3 second lagged vision. Therefore if something just happened, the opponent would see it 3 seconds later, the noise is equal to the speed, and this technique lasts until the queen of hearts is canceled or 2 posts later.

Chuy saw the man throw the cards at the kunai and heard them collide. Chuy looked at the ground and sensed some chakra coming at him. Chuy looked up to see a huge stack of cards flying at him. He didn't have enough time to make a handsign so he dived to his right, hopfully dodging the cards. He looked at where he was just standing and felt one of them cut into his calf and he started counting. He saw it hit 3 seconds later. Chuy dived into the grass, hidden from the man. He thought for a moment. I'm definitely in genjutsu. The chakra was farther ahead than the actual cards were. Chuy concentrated really hard in his mind. He knew genjutsu and muttered "Kai" while making a few handsigns. Now to test and make sure. Chuy made a lightning ball and threw it a few feet away. The chakra was in line with the vision. "Good, now to mess with his mind." Chuy stood up and glared at the man. Suddenly a tree from behind Chuy started charging towards the man. Chuy saw the other man make a suspicious look come across his face. Chuy looked into his chakra system. "Shit, I only have enough chakra for one more jutsu" Chuy said a frown forming on his face.

Name: Bending Reality

Type: Genjutsu
Range: 0-20 yards
Duration: until cancelled
Effect: the target is put into a state that is under the control of the user.
Description: The user must make eye contact with the target to get this to work. This is not a jutsu that is noticed at first but can be started whenever the user pleases. The user puts the target into a state where the objects around them can be changed or manipulated into different things. The user basically controls what the target sees but cannot make objects disappear, such as themselves, until jounin level. The user is able to give nonhuman objects human characteristics. The user is also able to make objects. For example, the user is able to make the target get "attacked" by trees when really nothing happened. The target still can walk around and do things but might see objects that aren't there or might not see objects that are there. This uses a huge amount of chakra unless mastered and cannot be held by a genin for more than 2 posts. The more detail a user puts into the genjusu, the more chakra it uses. If a genin uses this for more than 2 posts, he will have no chakra left. Chuunin cant use more than 3 posts. Jounin cant use it more than 5 posts.

Yun yawned extending his hand out to his left as the tree came at him, his fist passing through the tree. "Baka." he said beginning to walk forward. He dodged it, his senses were confused. Hmm... Yun thought as he continued his slow paced walk towards the man. Cards all have Chakra, did he sense it? He's not a hyuuga,is it possible? Maybe. One way to test it. Yun thought with a grin, suppressing the cards chakra at a waste of his own chakra, the two clubs cards that deflected the kunai would do nicely, he most likely forgot about them. The cards were behind the lad, as they suddenly rose into the air and flung at the boy's arms, hoping to damage some vital blood relays in his arms to stop him from using jutsu.

Chuy stood there and looked at the man. He felt the wind blow against his hair when he heard from behind him two objects flying at him. How did I not sense these?! Chuy thought to himself scared now. He knew he couldn't dodge it but only had one option if he was lucky. He went deep into concentration and sensed chakra positions. The man was right on top of his wire. Yes Chuy thought as he dug down deep. He took every last bit of chakra and forced it into his wire. He had only a chance to look at the man about to get zapped when his arms got cut off. The man would have little to no time at all to block the deadly zap coursing through the wire now.

Yun saw the boy charging chakra into his back, he immediately sensed the wire, before he could blink he popped in a body flicker, appearing several meters from the wire, close to 40 meters from it. He could see there was little to no chakra left in the boy. He shook his head. Holding up a 10 of Hearts, and letting the wind carry it down to the boy, flying rather quickly heading for his face.

Chuy was laying down on the ground, arms blown off. He was just laying there in agony when he saw how the man had dodged his attack. "Damn..." Chuy said to himself, blood flowing everywhere. He had blood coming out of his mouth. His entire body now was laying in a puddle of blood. He saw a card flow over and land just in front of his face. He looked at the card, seeing it being a 10 of the hearts suit. What does this do? Chuy thought in his dying moments.

The card suddenly flutters from its location and touched the boy on the forehead. Yun grinned walking over and kicking the boy over. "Listen to your elders next time, Don't Stray where the bad guys can get cha. 'Cause you don't stand a chance in the real world lad." Yun said closing the boy's eyes for him, his cards flying up his sleeves. Deactivated, Yun begins to leave the area.

10 of Hearts

Description: Upon touch with an opponent while this card is activated, it causes extreme thoughts of suicide, and the opponents hands almost without conciousness try to kill the opponent.

Chuy feels the urge to kill himself, but has no way of doing so. He is completely out of chakra and has nothing else he can do. His face and clothes are completely bloodstained and his arms are actually hidden within the puddles of blood. Chuy rolls over onto his back and turns into nothing. He simply passes on into one with the wind, becoming the earths mercy. He suddenly vanishes as the wind turns his body into nothing, blowing him away.
