Tasume is one of the Neo Akatsuki and wears a Akatsuki robe with the other accesories such as a slash mark on his headband. He wears meshed metal gloves all the time so his painted fingernails are not visible. Tasume wears the Tsunami ring on his right index finger. He also wears a necklace from his clan which is a an metal octopus dipped in the blood of victims. The blood has stained it over time and made the necklace a crimson red, the necklace is frequently dipped. Tasume also wears a strap on his back that holds two sword cases and has a hidden pocket in his jacket for his short sword. His short sword "Tsunamade" is able to absorb chakra and blood and is smooth so when it's placed in a foe a foe will not easily realize. He also wears blue cloth under his meshed metal gloves to cover his hands from the cold and absorb blood in his metal gloves because he often goes underwater to assassinate people. Underneath his normal clothes is a more thinner chakra sensitive clothing from his clan he can use to camoflague. He also has camoflaguing sword cases for his swords so he can carry his weapons. His necklace also responds to his chakra and can warn Tasume when someone is approaching him.

Tasume is a 5'8" man and weighs 157 lbs. naturally but can change weight and size from 1" and weigh less than a 1 lb. to 30' 11" and weigh 350 lbs. in his transformation. Underneath his gloves he has two unique shaped scars that represents blood and death. Unlike normal scars these scars have never been scabbed over but they are covered by a skinlike covering so he can absorb blood through the scars sometimes using them in some of his jutsus. He has lush blue hair and serene but maleovelent purple eyes. He is a sturdy type with medium sized muscles. He also has very sensitive skin that can allow him to camoflague with his background but since his normal clothes doesn't naturally camoflague he usually wears clothes that will respond to chakra so he will be completely camoflagued. His special clan marking is a giant octopus tattoo on his back; the tattoo symbolized the octopus for lethal and mysterious.

Personality: Tasume is a very quiet person and because his only titles are "Devilfish", and "Silent Hunter" he is one of the more unknown members of the Neo Akatsuki. Tasume has a very quiet calm voice and only speaks when required to. He believes he joined the akatsuki not because he chose and that it's his destiny. Tasume trusts no one not even the leader and will not consider anyone as a friend. He does occasionally say and accept the other members as companions or acquaintances but never has and will not have friends. Tasume is not a show off and doesn't consider even killing a person of importance a great deal. His friendliness towards people as said is an impossibility for him. However he will do his missions without fail but only accomplish a task he is required to do. His life to him he considers only important to fullfill his destiny besides that his life means nothing to him.

Tasume is often not talked about because he avoids members and is only seen by others to recieve missions or when all members are called for. Even when he is gossiped about or questioned he doesn't answer back but when recieving a mission he will always say "This mission will be completed". He has always been seen in his normal form and has never camoflagued in front of people eyes. When he transforms he will only show his silouhette or shadow even without his transformation he will only allow people to see a glimpse then he'll either be gone or doing his mission. Tasume only dips his necklace in blood so he can show he only exists for destiny and to perform his jutsus. He will always indirectly torture his foes before killing them so that they can die in death which is also related to how his jutsus work. He is not a picky eater and he finds any food as good food but will not eat any rotten or diseased food.

Basic Clan Information

Clan: The Tahashini Clan wears special clothes that camoflagues them. The Male members in the clan wear robes and have short blue lush hair like Tasume. The women in the clan wear white kimonos and have long purple hair. Only a few chosen members of the clan have tattoos and are allowed to leave the village.

Kekkei Gekkei: The Tahashini Clan's Specialty is called the Blood Baned Octopus which gives the power to change into an octopus of any possible size. During this period the octopus is made of a constantly regenerating volume of constantly size changing blood.

Description: The Tahashini Clan is a somewhat newer clan in the Hidden Mist Village it was formed at the 47 years after Naruto died. When the clan was established only two families existed. One day the two families fought and half of clan died because of a civil war. Soon the clan was accepted but they hadn't known the truth and that very next day the clan was assassinated but only one member was known to survive the assassination of the whole clan. The survivor was only an infant but for the rest of the clan everyone was gone out of history but nobody is sure because one year later a ninja with a octopus tattoo was seen roaming around the Hidden Mist Village looking for other survivors.

Special Effect: The Blood Baned Octopus allows the user to change into an octopus of any possible size. The blood octopus however relies on the amount of normal blood so it's not truly indestructible in truth and everytime the octopus is attacked the octopus loses blood but the surplus blood keeps regenerating the octopus so in truth the octopus relies on surplus blood but if desired regular blood may be used but when all the blood is gone the character vanishes with the blood. It also allows the person to normally use blood related jutsus without transforming and all water jutsus cannot effect the blood jutsus (meaning it can't have water stolen from it. It still does mean it can be countered). All the blood used still counts as blood as long as it's not disintegrated, warped(black hole), or sealed. If the blood is frozen, washed away, or burned the user must use a Blood technqiue to bring back the remaining blood even though it's frozen, washed away, or buried in sand it will still count as blood. Blood cannot be obtained through the scars when its liquid properties are taken away. Blood normally is accumlated through the scars and at the same time sent out from the scars during blood jutsus. During octopus form all blood belong to the octopus can be brought back to the octopus but only if the tentacles can grasp it. There is one weakness to the Kekkai Genkai the blood will dry up against electricity far more than water. When there is electricity surging in an area Blood type jutsus are weakened but since Blood type techniques weaken against lightning when Blood jutsus are used in watery places they work more accurately and rapidly.

Your Kekkai Genkai is Very OP able to not be killed Pretty much, and able to pass through blood? i think not. Downsize it a bit. :3

* Uses many water ninjutsu techniques for offense, water cloning techniques commonly for defense, and water genjutsu rarely for support.
* Uses his necklace for blood type jutsus.
* Uses blood jutsus to torture or kill certain foes.
* Uses swords to fight and can cast jutsus on the weapons to strengthen them.
* Tasume is a triple sword style fighter and can fight without jutsus.

History and RP Sample

History:

Childhood:
Fifty three years ago in the Hidden Mist Village there was a clan called the Tahashini Clan. One boy was born and his name was Tasume and was to be one of the council members when he grew. When Tasume was four he began to learn how to be a ninja. He always watched the chosen ninjas leave the village. For one whole year the clan lived peacefully untill two weeks later the clan divided over who should rule the clan. Soon a civil war broke out in the clan and half of both parts of the clan had died. So both halves of the clan joined together to help each other but that peace was broken when a traitor in the clan led the members with belief of another system to destroy the opposing Tahashini Clan members and everyone seemed to have died.

There was only one survivor though because Tasume's only friend had heard the news and told Tasume to run away from the clan before the riot. So Tasume hid away from the site when the massacre started. So Tasume had to hide his identity and tried retreating to another village. Tasume however was unsuccessful and had to live and forage in the wild of Hidden Mist Village. Tasume lived in the wild for a year until one day he was met by a friendly rain ninja who had lost their boy while travelling to the Hidden Mist Village. The boy lived with the rain ninja for three months until he had found that the rain ninja had died. So realizing the rain ninja had died he packed and moved on. For four years he had met many kind people who took him in until he was ten and each of them all died. Tasume was deeply pained so he decided he must become a true ninja to have a destiny.

Academy Arc:
So Tasume went to the Hidden Mist Ninja Academy and he learned day after day at the academy. Soon he was the best in the academy and the people in the academy often ridiculed him and said he should live in school. Tasume didn't care what anyone said though and he knew he'd keep going. Tasume never fought against anyone he knew he was better than everyone and that all his classmates were jealous of him.
Tasume was always avoiding people in the academy and soon one day was asked by a group of genin to train with them. Tasume often practiced with them and they were impressed how well he trained with them. Then Tasume was often praised but still he knew that they just liked him because he was practicing with the genin but pretty soon when the genin were practing with Tasume their group leader came and Tasume never saw them again.

Tasume went to the academy and after two whole years at the academy he was still the best Mist Village Ninja in the academy. When the academy decided he was ready they believed it was time for Tasume to learn the basic on how to use the Substitution, Transform, and control chakra. So Tasume learned how to use these jutsus so then Tasume keep learning at the academy. Tasume practiced the transformation technique and soon he quickly mastered how to disguise. When he learned all the techniques taught to him he was allowed to try the exam. The good thing for Tasume was he was talented so Tasume passed the test and became a Genin.

Genin Arc:
When Tasume became a Genin he met his team and his leader of the team. The team number they got was number 9 and his captain said his name was Wasaku. He got simple missions and after many missions Tasume and his group recieved an "A" rank mission but unlike any other mission they had faced before it was to travel to the Hidden Waterfall Village but the rest of the information was confidential only to the leader. Tasume being a very obidient person never asked why they were going to the Hidden Water Village and why it was an "A" ranked mission. When they entered the borderline of The Hidden Waterfall Village the group learned that the Waterfall Village was waiting for a top secret message. Soon the group was off back to The Hidden Mist Village. Soon a group of Hidden Sand Village Chunnins came through questioning Wasaku if he had recieved a message. He admitted he did but then the Sand Chunnins then immediately attacked the group. Wasaku claiming they were only Chunnins told the group to hide. After three loud shouts the group was told to come out of hiding.

Soon after the group had all gathered together Wasaku told everyone to not talk while returning to The Hidden Mist Village. When Tasume and his group returned to village they immediatetly went to the mission reception to recieve the reward. Then three months later the Chunnin Exams were hosted. The Chunnin Exams however were changed around and it ended up being a death match. The worst part of the news was only Hidden Mist Genins were allowed to participate. The matches were grueling and Tasume fought all the other groups of ninjas. When the final match came up it turned out Tasume had to kill his team members. Tasume only with the desire to fullfill his destiny and killed both his team members swiftly and ended up as the only survivor of the exams so Tasume was then announced Chunnin.

Chunnin Arc:
When Tasume became Chunnin the next year he recieved a new team but each member was a Jounin even his Captain Wasaku was replaced for a special Jounin by the name of Taruka. Tasume learned over time to do more water jutsus and more commonly recieved more "B" Ranked missions and after each mission it became more clear that there was something important going on between the Waterfall Village and The Hidden Mist Village. Soon Tasume and the group recieved orders from the Mizukage and had recieved an "S" rank mission to travel to all the other minor water villages. Soon group 9 was moving to the Waterfall Village this time with a scroll and soon as group 9 reached the mission reception all that was known was the scroll happened to be a scroll of all the minor ninja villages.

Tasume soon went travelling to the Hidden Cloud Village, Hidden Rain Village, and the Hidden Haze Village with the same errand. Tasume and group of course along the way faced many other ninjas threating to attack the group but none dared to harm the group whenever Taruka said he had orders from the Mizukage. After giving the message to all other villages group 9 finally returned back to the Hidden Mist Village. Group 9 went to the mission reception and as usual recieved a reward. Tasume then headed home and he found a message saying it was his 13th birthday and that was the day he knew when his clan was suppose to let him join the ninja council but suddenly remembering the clan was destroyed Tasume was saddened. The very next day Tasume was called to the Mizukage to recruit in the war against The Hidden Grass Village and Hidden Sound Village. Tasume was told that there would be four villages fighting in the war. The villages were The Hidden Mist Village, Hidden Rain Village, Hidden Haze Village, and Waterfall Village. It turned out the hidden cloud village didn't want to participate in the war. Tasume was now ranked as a Jounin for being a skilled ninja.

Jounin Arc:
Tasume was given the objective the destroy the Hidden Grass Village alone. Tasume was prepared but just knew to get his mission done as quickly as possible. The Hidden Grass Village Ninjas were very aggresive and attacked Tasume but Tasume sliced through the Grass Ninjas and made way into the actual Hidden Grass Village. Tasume used Hidden Mist Jutsu all over the village and eventually slayed all the Grass Ninjas and its residents. Tasume saw all the blood all over the village and got the feeling the blood shouldn't be wasted. Tasume got his hand and placed his scar into the blood and Tasume realized the blood was goin into his scar. Tasume felt suprised at first but after a while Tasume went all over town and absorbed all the blood and soon Tasume covered up his scar and then returned back to The Hidden Mist Village with his mission complete. Tasume then headed to the mission reception after a long trip.

Tasume then returned back to village and found that most of the ninjas who entered the war were wounded. Tasume asked if he could go fight more in the invasion and as if destiny were with him he was allowed to continue the scaled invasion. Tasume soon made way to the Hidden Sound Village and found that the invasion on the Hidden Sound Village was a disaster and most of the dead ninjas in the battlefield were the allied ninja forces. Tasume then saw a Hidden Waterfall Ninja rushing saying the invasion was a failure and to retreat. Tasume however knew he was able to defeat the Sound Ninjas. Tasume summoned upon his strength and slashed through the sound ninjas one by one. The sound Ninja were not weak like the Grass Ninjas and kept persisting so Tasume used the Whirlpool technique and because they were all clustered together many of them were sucked into the whirlpool. Tasume then saw all that was left was to clean up the leftover blood however this time a secret squad of Sound Ninjas attacked Tasume and Tasume knowing only to escape retreated using a water clone. Tasume soon returned to The Hidden Mist Village and saw a ruined Hidden Mist Village. Tasume headed to find the village was only partly ruined but found no one outside. When Tasume headed to the mission reception all that could be found was a struggling Mizukage. So Tasume stayed at the village for thirteen more years and over time the village was restored.

Tasume became known as a war hero but Tasume felt that he had not finished the war truely. Tasume was then called a Special Jounin and was praised for defeating the Grass and Sound Ninjas. Tasume was then the best known Hidden Mist Ninja besides the Mizukage. Tasume though saw that his destiny could only be fullfilled if he left the village. Tasume had all the attention so Tasume faked his death and left the village during the investigation of his death. Tasume wandered through the land and trained in the ruins of the Hidden Grass Village. Tasume made refuge in the Hidden Grass Village for three months and day after day Tasume managed to survive on the natural resources in the ruins of The Hidden Grass Village. One night though while Tasume was in the wild he heard some strange voices talking. Tasume was listening intently but after the talking was over there was a deep silence. When Tasume went back to his refuge he found a group of people in black robes with red clouds. Tasume was soon questioned about his skills and his name. Tasume then recieved a black coat and then a tall figure with a deep voice said "Welcome to the Neo Akatsuki".

Tasume was a hero, a legend, all the Hidden Mist Ninjas loved Tasume and hoped he would keep his duties in the village. Tasume was then called for a talk with the Misukage. Tasume had talked with the Mizukage but the Mizukage just shook his head and said "Tasume you are a hero" and said Tasume would be the youngest Special Jounin in The Hiddden Mist Village. After the meeting with the Mizukage Tasume lived a humble thirteen years in the village and after each year Tasume felt more and more discouraged in the village. Tasume read many books in the village and was always bothered when someone asked him if he was the one who slayed the Grass Ninjas. Tasume often felt that everyone was bragging too much about him. Tasume was always titled "Hero of the Hidden Mist", "The Dominator" but Tasume knew he was no one. Tasume felt burdened with the title of hero and became greatly discouraged.

Tasume soon woke up with the idea to make his self look dead or leave without a clue. Tasume knew that everyone would be following him so Tasume packed his possessions. Tasume packed up and then poured some of his blood where it would appear that Tasume was assassinated and the assassin took his body away. Tasume left at night and then made his death scene happen. Tasume then heard shouts all over village but Tasume never looked back and knew he could refuge to the Hidden Grass Village's ruins. Tasume walked a long journey through the land going through many towns and when he decided no one would search for him Tasume made his way to the Hidden Sand Village to stock up on survival materials. When Tasume had enough supplies he continued to the ruins of The Hidden Grass Village and set up a permament refuge.

Tasume every morning would go collect berries and vegetables and eat whatever he could identify as edible. Tasume would often clean himself in the rivers and eat the wild fishes that lived in the rivers. Tasume often made stews because he knew that he would need to get used to eating food that wasn't bread because as a refugee he couldn't show himself to the public. Tasume was always trying to survive so he would often eat the fruits and vegetables he could find. Tasume for lunch time would only eat grilled fish and season it with the wild spices he could find. Tasume ate a wild chicken occasionally for dinner but most of the time it was just plain old stew for Tasume. Tasume decided to restock on supplies after a month in the wilderness. When Tasume got back he arrived at his refuge at night time so Tasume slept after a quick meal.

Tasume got up the next morning and started the day normally by eating some roots and berries. Tasume was eating his breakfast and after his meal he went fishing in the rivers. Tasume started fishing in the rivers when Tasume was attacked by a group of Cloud ninjas but Tasume knocked them out after dodging their assault and tried luring the Cloud ninjas away into the Hidden Waterfall Village and then finally losing them at the Hidden Sound Village ruins. Tasume went back to the Hidden Grass Village ruins and then decided to wash his clothes in the rivers. Tasume was washing his clothes when he heard some faint distant voices. Tasume then set aside his clothes to dry and went to hear what the voices were talking about. Tasume only heard some whispers and then there was a sudden silence. Tasume went back to check on his clothes when a person in a black robe with red clothes questioned Tasume who he was and how skilled he was. Tasume told the strange person why the person needed to know. The next thing Tasume knew was he recieved a black coat with red clouds and then a deep voice said "Welcome to the Neo Akatsuki".

Once the micro octopuses are inside they will reach the foe's heart or brain. The only way to kill the micro octopuses inside is to send an electrical current inside the body (This usually will result in having the foe kill themselves). The user will then use this period to escape from the foe or use other jutsus and finish them off. The jutsu will not instantly kill a foe but rather knock them out.

It will also serve as defense against multiple attacks. The only way to get rid of the jutsu is dismiss it or electricute the tentcales and then burn it.

The technique cannot be disrupted unless the chakra is flowing. If the technique is to fail a bleeding body must be offered to the ruined seal and the technique can then be used again without delay but five hosts must be replaced to activate the jutsu. Once all the requirements are made a unfathomable pool of blood will appear before the user. The pool cannot be attacked and then the user will be sucked underneath. The user will then be must kill five people of the elemental chakras. If no person appears the user may drag anyone into the blood realm. Once five people have been dragged in the user will come out and then five people will be stuck in the pool of blood and then the user must shut the pool closed so the user can kill five more people. The user when completeing this technique must wait one day (Real Time) for the bodies in the blood realm to die and reuse the jutsus. The people in the blood realm cannot escape by any means once the pool has been shut. The people however may escape if the pool is still open and they form a five elemental reverse seal that will break them free from the blood realm. Then rapidly drain chakra and blood from the opening and will eventually strangle the person and explode them. The octopuses can then pick up the remains and return back to the user giving the user however much chakra and blood taken. The octopuses will then vanish and will not resummon until seven days have passed one day for each one used. The user mentally will see what through the octopuses. S rank is like, devilishly powerful to all standards, this just detects chakra level and skill. So it's not all so bad. It doesn't read emotions, memories, or any of that crap, so, i doubt it's OP.

Able to Read a Chakra Level and "Skill Level" of a ninja is highly OP, think about if your one of those Sneaky ninja who actually is iuno....sneaky? Thats pretty OP if they know oh this guy is a sneaky ninja so i can own him this fast. emotions? thats not OP at all memories yes.

Its a Seal no crap, which is another reason it should be removed, he is Ninjutsu/Weaponry, Not Sealing arts. And Jiraya was a Sannin, he can be all powerful and such. I dont think just anyone can have a 5 elemental seal.
